Rubbish company …

I ordered shoes from this company received the wrong colour it’s now been weeks of emails back and forth with them expecting me to send the wrong item back at my cost and give me discount on the shoes that I actually ordered in the first place , customer service is rubbish I believe it’s all done by a robot

Facebook link to OUTLETS UK

Facebook link to OUTLETS UK with address of claksfit.com = scam. (This page outletshop is identical apart from in their t&c it says return at your expense - without mentioning China!). They DO NOT do free returns despite saying so on their advertisements and website - instead my £120 order will cost £40+ to return. I thought PayPal would protect me but no - they cannot enforce free return postage. Seller offered discount/partial refund to keep boots but they are not good quality and arrived folded in half and damaged. They are registered in the UK - EVOIRINK - but still refuse to provide UK return address. They need shutting down.

I really wish I’d read the reviews…

I really wish I’d read the reviews first. Despite the name of this company,it actually ships from China. So if you need an exchange or a refund you’re in for a shock because you’re going to lose at least half the refund trying to post them back.
And BTW-these goods are also listed on Temu. Cheaper. And with free returns. Id give this place a very wide berth unless you want to lose,in my case, about £40!

Outlets UK

I saw some sandals on Facebook, the reviews for which said they were extremely comfortable and they did look as if they might be. Though nothing special I decided to order a couple of pairs for wearing around the house/garden etc. as there was a was a special offer on 2 pairs etc. I went ahead and ordered them. They arrived this week. I honestly could not wear them, the comfort I was hoping for just isn't there. I contacted the company, Outlets UK, to return them and, guess what, the return is to China, despite the UK email address. They have offered me a 5% refund and I get to keep the sandals, yippee. Of course I can return them at my cost but it just isn't worth it. Beware. I don't know if there is any link with this company and Outletshops.co.uk

Women's Soft Waterproof Wool Lining Boots

Not to be confused with "The Outlets Shop" (theoutletshop.co.uk) which is another company.
Brought a pair of boots from outletshop.co.uk, which took a little longer to arrive than expected, as,I hadn't realised they were coming direct from China, until I looked at the tracking, which didn't work, until I contacted customer service, who provided the correct tracking number. The boots are advertised as "Women's Soft Waterproof Wool Lining Boots", and I opted for wide fit, glad I did, as the boots arrived and they are what we would call normal fit, so a little tighter than I would have liked. The wool band around the top isn't as soft and fluffy as it looked when advertised, plus there is no give whatsoever on the top, so trying to wiggle your feet in is a chore on its own, no quickly popping to the shop, took a shoe horn and lots of grunting to get my feet in, which when I did definitely was the correct foot size, as I did start to doubt that. The base isn't as soft as I had expected either and after about half an hour out walking round the shop, I was glad to get home and take them off.
Upshot, if you don't want to take ages to get on, need wide fit boots and want a soft sole, do not purchase, as there would be no room to put another soft sole in. Anyone who doesn't usually buy wide fit, I would suggest you do, to allow the wiggle room to get the boots on and allow room to add a soft sole, if you want to.
I have given the company a three star, purely for the fact that the boots are well made, if not as i had expected and for me, the boots will probably not be worn again, as cannot face the fight to get them on, so rather expensive purchase for half hours wear, that took five minutes to get on 🥺
