I lost some functionalities on my website spoke to the chat bot 6 times each saying a different thing then when I ask for information or to be connected to a human agent I get the same copy/paste message no matter what I ask "we cannot provide information about your current situation" then one time it said I was banned (I wasn't) because I have used AI in tasks EVEN THOUGH I haven't started doing any task or used AI or actually did anything so far other than explore the platform, I try to explain, I get the same message. Then today it says that "no information can be provided about my situation" so I don't understand, I take 2 hours to do an interview provide all my informations and do nothing wrong and I don't even deserve to write an email to their support? Is this like a scam to harvest people's data? I feel that this is no way to treat people ...

This is a trustworthy and reliable platform for remote jobs such as data annotations. I have been on Outlier for six months now, and I've had such a good experience working there.

Been with Outlier since December and it's been a really positive experience. I've never had a single problem with payments which is always reassuring.

The best way I can describe the work is like getting paid to do puzzles. Some tasks have you spotting differences between images, while others involve reading something carefully and writing a considered response. It's the kind of work where you actually have to think, which I personally love. If you enjoy sudoku, The 1% Club, or just anything that makes your brain work a little harder, you'll probably take to this pretty naturally.

It's not for everyone, you do need patience and a good eye and ear for detail and some tasks like all puzzles can be repetitive, but if that sounds like you, I'd genuinely recommend it.

Genuine platform for earning good money aside your daily job. Payment is smooth and fast without issue. Tasks are really detailed with instructions for better understanding working on a project. The minus here is the support

This company is terrible and they treat their employees terrible they just hire them and Fire them. Look elsewhere for data aI annotation. They'll kick you off the program for absolutely no reason and they won't specifically even tell you what happened and this is happened to thousands of people at this point who have made this their livelihood only for this to happen. Absolutely disgusting practice.

The platform is good.

My outlier experience has been great! In overall the payments are always correct, the support team has always been very attentive and caring. The human team of Outlier is very approachable and helpful! For a computer engineer/programmer like me, this has been a great experience! I am very glad to work with Outlier and I want to continue to do so for a long time!

I have been working with Outlier for the past month and my experience has been nothing short of amazing.
I have put in the effort and my earnings have reflected the same.
Outlier has been my silver lining and I am so happy to be working with them.

It is a good platform for anyone looking to generate secondary income. However, if you depend on it as your sole source of income, the experience may not always be consistent. Projects do come in frequently, but each project requires a separate onboarding process in addition to the initial skill screening.
The payment setup and payout process are excellent. As long as you are actively working on a project, payments are processed reliably, and they account for every cent. I have no complaints in that regard.

Overall, I have experienced some ups and downs on the platform. That said, within just 2–3 weeks I was able to join a project, and the experience on that project was great.

She's been collaborating with Outlier for over a year, and while it's true the work isn't continuous, it's one of the most reliable and organized platforms out there. The work is enjoyable, the rewards are better than on other platforms, and you know you'll get paid every Wednesday.

I had a really good experience overall. Everything went smoothly and the service was reliable. Communication was clear, and the company's support responded pretty quickly when I had questions. I also think the price was fair for what I received. No major issues, and I am happy to do this job.

I see a lot of disagreements with the way outlier operates their platform online. Personally, I haven’t had any issue where it hasn’t been resolved in under few hours. The pay is on the higher side for the minimal wage tasks, there is always projects ongoing and tasks to do, and payment is never an issue. I rated 5 stars because my experience with support has been stellar and I can’t thank them enough for providing an extra side income to meet up with my bills.

I feel I got scammed by outlier.

I spent lots of time and energy taking lengthy tests and confirming my identity. I did not use AI.

After finally completing all of the steps to set up my profile, my account was banned instantly due to an alleged use of AI. I appealed and received an AI generated email hours later confirming I’ve been permanently banned. They clearly used AI and didn’t review my submissions.

All that work for no money. I’m now suspicious that they just wanted my data. Do not work for this company!

I had an awesome experience, even with swift and seamless payment method , but I used the account for less than 1 month and I was informed I can no longer use the account due to some flimsy reasons which isn't clear to me, after registering all my personal details
