Constant buffering

It’s really difficult to log in to emails on my mobile, so sick off it buffering and saying “you can’t log in right now try again later” this happens several times a day! This has been going on for weeks.

Microsoft is now actively scamming it's users.

Microsoft is now actively spamming users of Outlook with actual scam mail. The latest scam is for "BlumeHeat", a well documented scam product that not only doesn't work, but also makes claims that very obviously would break the laws of thermodynamics. Microsoft are aware of this, the spam mail has been reported as a scam, yet Microsoft's attitude to their customers is "F you!" so they continue to target their users with dangerous scam mail.

My business emails do not come through

I have had this problem for a few days. I have used a hotmail email to receive business emails from a particular inbox more than 5 years. I noticed a few days ago that I didn't receive any emails. It was odd because I receive a lot of enquiries. I sent myself a test email I noticed a problem. I contacted my web hosting company and all was working fine on their end. I have now had to change to gmail. Not ideal but at least I am not losing business. Other emails come through fine but just not my business ones. If there was a problem with my website, gmail emails wouldn’t work.
I have no rules set. They are not in the spam folder (it is always empty and I have not set any rules to do so).
I have tried to add them to Safelist and that doesn't work either. I have added multiple outlook or Hotmail emails to the website but they are disappearing into thin air. I am appalled! Whoever did this change has done a terrible job! Totally incompetent.
I have checked all settings on outlook.com and nothing seems to work.
Why is my spam folder always empty?
Why do some emails come through while others do not? I have reported this to outlook but let’s see if they can fix it. I have been on numerous forums and it looks like I’m not the only one effected.

USA GOVT TO DISMANTLE - NOW!

OUTLOOK MAIL - simply the worst service provider ever produced - zero customer service - overly complicated - time for the USA Government to dismantle companies such as Microsoft and Google and introduce TRUE competition into the market place.
Overall Trustpilot rating of 1 star totally justified!

Outlook, not what it was

Outlook has got progressively worse over the 10 or so years I have been using it. the search function is pretty much unusable now. couple that with the read back function (read aloud) that has now been taken away, being dyslexic that function was invaluable to me, as I’m shore it is for many in my position. Now with spell check taking a paragraph to catch up, and the read back for the misspelt word I want to change being taken away, I may as well go and by a typewriter and a flock of carrier perigons. The only way I can get the function I want is to type the email I want to send in word, spellcheck, read back, then copy and paste in to Outlook.

Appalling

Outlook gets bombarded with spam email that will never get blocked. Thousands upon thousands of messages a year that should be automatically filtered, blocked and deleted, this does not happen. You could spend the rest of your life complain to Microsoft and they would do nothing because they don't care. I've reminded them on countless occasions that I pay for my subscription but they are less than interested in using AI or applying some meaningful improvements to help their customers or are plagued with sexually inappropriate and endless con spam. Apparently the spammers pay to send from Outlook's server and Microsoft wants to keep this dishonest revenue. If you're thinking about swapping to Outlook, don't. It's appalling and refuses to help paying clients deal with unwanted spam.

THUMBS DOWN

I agree with the thousands who hate the new Outlook. How can a big company make such a rotten and unpopular change? Throw it out, please, and tinker with the old version if you must, but better to leave it untouched.

Forced Garbage

Why would you create something that most customers do not want, let alone force to pay and use it? Going backwards with productivity and features...is money on their priority list while customer service is at the bottom? I am going to find alternate programs to replace all of Microsoft Office applications ASAP!

HOW CAN A MEGA CORP MAKE THIS CRAP?

HOW CAN A MEGA CORP MAKE THIS CRAP?

I can't understand how bad the new Outlook is. Is there absolutely no one who works for Microsoft who cares about the Outlook Mail? i believe a one-man team could create a mail service 100x better. Even classic outlook was good, but somehow they found MANY ways to make it WAY worse. please just put a team on it, that can make it better...

Over 80% are SCAM emails, unacceptable!

I look after a family member’s affairs and their inbox is just a relentless stream of scams, so many must be about 80% at least. These are not spam or unsolicited emails but scams, Personally I use a totally different one and hardly get any as they get filtered and deleted by the company before they get to me so why can’t Hotmail do the same. They have been around for years so must have by now come up with something to stop them before they reach customers accounts.Absolutely 100% unacceptable.
