A clear violation of the GDPR laws, when logging in online you are denied to log in unless you allow cookies. Any activity that require cookies, should classed as necessary cookies and will not / can not be blocked by user in the browser. That means Microsoft are demanding you to allow cookies that are not necessary, just to spy on your privacy and sell more ads.
I'm tired of reporting phishing emails and loads more come with the same message but different addresses. Can they not block emails with these standard messages?
