Scammers

I bought a ticket for an event in London from them but they refused to let me in for no reason. No refund given.

Outsavvy scam

I bought a ticket to the August 2024 Margate Pride event, and it charged my credit card, and I received a PDF but the PDF does not open (errors say it's not even a PDF) so I have no visible ticket: the organisers won't reply when I email them asking what I should do. Outsavvy and their partners collecting money smells to me like a scam; I hope my credit card will refund me this possibly-stolen money.

Outsavvy 60 day full refund not Honoured

Outsavvy states that it has a 60 day refund policy. I booked and paid for a retreat but then had to cancel because the additional accommodation couldn’t process my debit card payment. They wanted me to send them my debit card details and pin so that they could chip and pin my payment. This is the biggest scam on the internet. Anyway I complained to the organisers and they cancelled my Outsavvy booking and the accommodation. This was well within the 60 day full refund cancellation period as stated on Outsavvy’s website. However they have refused to refund me their extortionate fees. What a scam. Yet another ripoff ticket booking agency.
