I've tried multiple times to have this company stop contacting me. In my latest experience today, I replied to an unsolicited email that contains no unsubscribe function asking to have my details removed. Instead of doing that, Outskill decides to use the details I've asked them to delete to call me and start asking me questions about why I don't want to be called. What sense of entitlement leads this company to think that is in any way appropriate? When I give the guy some feedback about it, he doesn't accept any fault or responsibility, actually defends his reasoning for making the call and then hangs up when I don't align to his narrative. It's disrepsectful and unprofessional.
