Very bad quality of product. Set you exptectations that are destroyed when you receive the package. Be careful what you're buying

It horrible, all two headphones doesn't work properly. One automatically shut down and won't power on again unless I put on charge and the other can't play with the aux cable.

The choice of various hotels from Outspot is fabulous and always of first class. Location, quality, conviviality are always present. If any comment could be added, the offer of one single dinner at arrival, is inappropriate when the stay exceeds 2,3,4,5,6,7 days. Guests have to eat every evening and it’s always a fastidious and unnecessary costly procedure to obtain the half pension. Include them in the offer proposed to your clientele. Thank you

Additionally, recently had an issue with one item - my fault - and their Support service was great, helping to solve the problem.

This is a company I came across through Go Groopie

I have found them to be dishonest and a company that took my money and has never really had any intent on supplying the goods I ordered. They haven't responded to any emails I have sent asking them to refund the money I have paid because I have never received goods. OUTSPOT's attitude is to just completely ignore any emails and to not refund any money. You cannot deal with a company that so easily takes your money, and never deliver any goods, and never respond to your wishes to know why a company can treat it's customers in such an appalling way.
I have tried to get my money back through Go Groopie, but they seem to accept such fraudulent behaviour by OUTSPOT, their response is that OUTSPOT can steal your money, and not provide you with the goods you order, and GET THIS, ban you from contacting OUTSPOT the company that have stolen the mone from you.
This may sound like an unbelievable situation, but to this day I have paid them money, they have not delivered the goods, but they are not going to return money to those they have fraudulently obtained, not only that but Go Groopie that sell goods from this company, have denied a refund to goods that were paid for and never sent, that this company completely is blanking those to whom they owe money to, AND say that YOU CANNOT SOEAK TO OUTSPOT directly. Its and unbelievable situation but this is the way OUTSPOT genuinely treat customers who they fraudulently (ie take money from a person, and not delivering goods ordered, and then refuse a refund - perhaps it could even be described as 'stealing?) behvave.
To me this company should not be allowed to trade, yet they continually bombard customers with offers which they seemingly will never ever deliver.
I think this company is a total disgrace and I cannot see why they should really be allowed to continue trading when they are so disreputable.
