I cannot fault this company for anything! From the initial phone call to the installation, everything was perfect. I had 4 cameras installed on my property and the workmanship was faultless! I have recently moved to a new build so I was very worried about cables however the installer ensured me there would be no cables on show after completing a walkthrough with myself.

The installer was very polite & took the time to show me and my partner how to use the system after he installed it. The quality is exactly what we were looking for.

Overlook is newer company in comparison to others so you may wonder if it is reputable or trustworthy. Don't.
From start to finish I have liaised with LEWIS. He has been a complete professional from start to finish. He is able to cater towards customers with varying budgets and requirements. For me, I had a specific requirement whereby I knew what cameras, NVR etc that I wanted. He did not try to sell me something that I did not want or tell me inaccurate information about inferior products to get a sell which other more "established" companies did. Lewis managed to price up the package competitively. Once a small deposit was paid, an engineer was sent up by the name of ZAF. He was a complete professional and has managed to hide all the cables. ZAF was a great problem solver and was happy to be queried about alternative possibilities; not just doing it the easiest way. 3x4k Active Deterrent cameras installed with a video doorbell. After support has so far been great. I don't forsee any issues but I know LEWIS will be at hand if required.

As a side note: LEWIS upgraded our NVR HD free of charge. Why? Because he saw there was a need and did it no questions asked.

I recommend OVERLOOK without any issues. LEWIS is a professional and I wish the business every success as it is well deserved.

This company was fitting CCTV at my neighbours house which prompted me to ask them for a quote.

While they was fitting the cameras next door, I received a phone call within the hour with a very competitive quotation. I booked them in for the same week and they done a perfect job. Cables were hidden professionally and the camera quality is out of this world! I had the 5 megapixel colourvu cameras and would definitely recommend.
