I want and need the secure feeling of knowing that should my pet get lost, my name, number and address are immediately available to whomever should stumble upon my pet. For less than $10 I have that peace of mind and couldn't be more pleased with my pet's tag.

No response from customer service
I placed an order on 8/7 and received part of it in a timeley fashion (the tags), however another item (the collars) was on backorder. I was not given an estimated date that it would be available (although I was still charged for them) and have emailed the OvernightPetTags TWICE to inquire about this with ZERO response.... Perhaps my review will grab their attention.
