Never follow up, I ordered two items from OTC since it was part of my insurance plan. I changed my address on their portal making sure my new address was updated. Apparently when the order was processed they used the old address. The items were sent to the old address in another state. I was livid but I maintained my composure when Centerwell said they had to refer the matter to their manager. Of course that never happened. I waited 10 days to follow up and Centerwell had a customer service call that was very rude and nasty. I told her I couldn’t talk with her so I gave her a warm goodbye and called my insurance company. They called Centerwell and got nothing resolved. They gave me two coupons to use at a pharmacy to get the items I needed but now I’m out of 90.00 . WTH

Mike gives excellent customer service and answers emails promptly and delivers your package on time. He also has medications in stock that a lot of other sellers do not. He is 100% trustworthy and I highly recommend his company.

With holiday it took a few extra days . The product is great and has helped me get my bp rx while lapse in insurance. Thank you soo much!!

Hi, I have been ordering from this pharmacy for some years now. The shipping usually takes a while usually over the time frame but I do receive my package each time which is most important thing. This is my first review but I have been a customer for some years and will be posting more reviews.

I have always received my order, never had any problem. Been buying from them for some years now. It takes a while to get it, but it delivers every time. Thanks for the great service.

Ordered the adderall and waited more than a month to deliver. Never came. They reshipped it and it finally came after a couple weeks. Spent a great deal of money on a FAKE PRODUCT. Literally does nothing. Just want to say thanks for stealing 150 dollars on sugar pills.

Orders placed and never received. Been given the run around and pretty sure fake tracking numbers to throw me off the scent. No follow up received and if so have been continually told the orders have been posted using DHL. Worked fine for first two orders and now nothing. Assured replacement orders were being sent but still nothing. First orders came out of India and now tracking numbers coming from Singapore??? Still awaiting answers but not holding my breathe about getting orders.

This was my first experience with Overthcounter and could not believe how accommodating they were. Always communicated with me when I had questions. They had some trouble with getting the package to me but it was because it would get tied up in the system. It was out of their control. They never gave up and kept me up to date the whole time. It may take a while but you will get your package. I was very impressed.

I’ve been shopping with Overthecounter pharmacy for a few years now. They’ve always come through for me, always! They didn’t give up when customs would seize a package, they would wait for a bit and send another. Although it maybe take awhile to receive your package it’s truly not their fault. They’re a group you can trust.

Good service, high quality meds, low prices. I recommend this for anyone that wants these meds at a good price.

This is my second review. Overthcounter did work with me to get my order after a failed attempt and some confusion. But I did receive my order and the product was genuine and good quality.

This is my third review. The first one was five stars. The second one was a follow-up and had one star. This is a follow-up to the response I received and if there could be zero Stars that's what I would have chosen. After paying a large amount of money over a year ago and getting nothing due to a raid in New Delhi, about two months ago they started calling me again to tell me they were reshipping because I was a valued customer and they were back in business. That was crap they have sent sent me three fake, As Told to me by USPS, tracking numbers. Made up tracking numbers used for scams. I have also got calls from people claiming to be working for or being the boss of the one person that I did trust, Alfred. Maybe Alfred doesn't know he's working for scumbags or maybe Alfred doesn't care but there doesn't seem to be any credibility with this company anymore. Zero. When one person that works at a company tells you not to trust anyone else at that company, including their boss, whatever follows is not going to be good and surprise, it hasn't been. Do not trust this company. If anything ever shows up I will gladly give an update but don't hold your breath, Kristin Warner

Check with Mike. He took pride in ignoring my emails and repeatedly only responding that I should wait 3 or 4 days for my tracking number. Not one followup initiated by your side after you got my Western Union. After ignoring me for a year and my 50 emails, you're going to make it right now?

Great experience. Ordered my product with an estimated arrival date of 3-5 business days. Arrived on the 5th day. Perfectly package with excellent product. I have used other services, but no more. This is the best.

I have placed an order for this pharmacy and never received my product. I was tried to calling them and sent couple of emails they never respond it. I think my money was lost but I got call from these people on last week of Jan 2019. They stating that, they are going to do a reshipment. I was really happy to see my product came and got delivered.
