If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I ordered my custom design on December 16, 2024, as a Christmas gift, but knowing it wouldn't be there in time. I requested a change to one of my proofs (the date was forgotten) and had to ask for the new proof after like two weeks.

Almost two months later and I was hoping for the tiles to give to my partner for Valentine's Day. I STILL had not received them and communication from the creator was absolutely terrible. I repeatedly asked for a shipping confirmation and got neither. FIVE months later I told the guy that I wanted a refund, which he said he was processing, and I still have not received it and he is no longer answering my messages. I simply do not understand how he calls himself a business when he is this unprofessional. DO NOT order from Overview Designs.

Totally disappointing and a bad person.
I ask him fro a project and an the start of year he said he is going to write me back, after 30 days of nothing and make me lose time (I need the design as gift), he blocked me and Whatsapp and did not reply to any e-mail, despite his contents are keep updating on social and others.

He prefer to disappear like a coward instead to try to tell me he was not able to do that requested job. Very unprofessional and to be honest is like a scammer behaviour, be safe and maybe use another source.
