Awful - avoid.
I thought they were good and saw positive reviews on here, but I was wrong! I ordered both a domain (transfer from existing host) plus hosting service. To begin with they ignored the hosting request. It took days for them to respond to even the simplest support ticket and when I did they just told me to re-order the domain transfer. I tried that but their system wouldn't accept the authcode. Their control panel is a mess, it randomly displays text in foreign languages and its difficult to work out what's going on. And despite multiple support tickets they seemed completely disinterested in assisting a new customer to on-board. Today I made the decision after less then 2 weeks with them to leave due to the awful service and issues. After signing up with a competitor I was up and running with my domain transferred within 2 hours. So this wasn't something weird about my setup. Avoid.

As I provide detailed information about the problem, my expectations were to solve it quickly. For about hole two days your guys send me links to guides that I already find on your site and because it wasn't helpful ( for my problem, otherwise is great and precise ) I addressed to your support.

On 20/5/2020 I experienced the worse service in 20 years as a professional in web development. Had a downtime which I reported 1 hour after it started. 1st personal ticket was opened and support send me this incident to watch travaux.ovh.net/ ?do=details&id=44661& . I have called about 5 more time since than as it seemed nothing was happening. They always assured me that the problem will be resolved within the hour and that they will answer my open ticket. The incident above closed after about 8 hours but the problem was not resolved. Calling about this the support assured me that they are still looking into it but there was no new incident reported on travaux.ovh.net ... I finally managed to start migrating to a new server early in the morning (not OVH) and still today they have closed both of my tickets with no resolution or any reply to them. The support does not pick up they phone anymore and of course I still can't access my VPS server after 30 hours of the start of the incident Thankfully I just finished migrating all my sites away from this mess ... I advise you to stay as far away as possible. I would not choose OVH even if they paid me to ... UPDATE: Last ticket mentioning that my VPS is unreachable has been open for 2 days and has not been responsded to and of course the VPS is still nonfunctioning.

Don't follow declared rule with 8 hours for the first response in the standard package support.
1. They distributed modified and broken windows server standard 2019 template and answer that it's not their responsibility.
2. Have a speed problem on VRack between RBX-6 and WAW DCs. And it's your responsibility, not their.
3. They can lie that can't help you, but you can try to find any other specialist to try to solve your problem.
4. You should always check your bills if you cancel any server or change its configuration.
And many other "Be careful!"
If you want to face with an irresponsible support team, you should choose OVHCloud

I reported the installation of FreeBSD 11 getting stuck on the last step (boot on a fresh system). The technician was like "oh yeah, it seems your installation is stuck. Solve it yourself". Well, it is YOUR automated installation script that failed - I did not perform a manual installation. Furthermore there are no guides about how to perform this task in your knowledge base. In the end I'm stuck with a broken server and the only option is to cancel it.
I rent OVH servers instead of SoYoustart or KImsufi because the support used to be better. Guess not anymore.

Can't upgrade without risking to loose…
Can't upgrade without risking to loose data, or I need to backup everything.
So I did upgrade from 10gb to 20gb and it took OVH 2 weeks to fix an upgrade problem which wouldn't show on my side. Then I created another ticket and was told I need to repartition after upgrade, which includes: backup everything(10gb, really? where?), then repartition.
I'd expect backup & repartitioning to happen on their side automatically when upgrading(like any other service).
I've wasted 2+ weeks on this and storage is still full, everything is very slow. Will move away from OVH and never look back, even though I was a customer for 5+ years.

Whenever I want to get into the Ground Floor of a new OVH offering, I go to ovh.ie. In my experience, new OVH products appear here fairly early in the development cycle. So, it is important to go into this with your eyes wide open.
For example, I tried out a new shared hosting service about this time last year. For my needs, certain features were not (yet?) available that were essential to one or more of the web sites that I host.
OVH builds their own system management software, so it is important to see if it works for you by trying it out before deciding.
