Awful customer support, extremely unhelpful. They dont take notice of what is being asked so you have to repeat your question 2 or 3 times. Anything that maybe helpful but outside of their limits is to much like trouble and you are told no.
Will now recommend to anyone that they do not ever use OVH,i will never consider them as a viable service.
I purchased a dedicated server after waiting patiently for its availability, even accepting an initial delivery estimate of 120 seconds. However, after 24 hours without delivery, I contacted support and was told it would take up to a week. While not ideal, I agreed to wait. Yet, days later, my order was abruptly canceled, and I was instructed to place a new one on your website—only to find that the server I needed is no longer available. This lack of coordination and clarity has caused significant disruption to my business operations.
To make matters worse, your support team has been unhelpful and dismissive, failing to understand the critical impact of this decision on my company. My team had already decommissioned our previous server in anticipation of the new one, as per the updated timeline provided by OVH. Now, we are left scrambling to find a similar server, with no success so far. This entire experience has been deeply frustrating and has disrupted our technical operations, effectively ruining my month.

It seems they are trying to whitewash their reputation by creating separate pages for their regional divisions here.
They tried to trick me into making several extra payments. Too buggy billing and account management.
I'm a customer of the OVH Bare Metal Cloud service. The service is very reliable and prices are good.
More importantly, the OVH support team is one of the best I have interacted with.
I usually don't write "online reviews", but I was so impressed with their team that I felt the need to.
I recently had a network hardware issue, and the support team were amazing. They responded very quickly and went above and beyond to help fix the issue.

The service is good with excellent uptimes the only issue where there can be some improvement is sometimes, once in a blue moon, when we need support it can take us some time battling robots to get it sorted out but in the end a real person comes along and saves the day. Thanks OVH Portugal Support.
