Awful!

So, with any sort of supplement I always think I'm quite fair because sometimes they're just not going to work for you as well as they do for someone else. And that's not something anyone can really know before you take them (under usual circumstances). These kept popping up in ads and had a lot of people saying how much they'd helped them, so I looked into them a bit and thought it was worth a try. I got the Curb Crave and the Bloat Control. Unfortunately, the only change I've experienced is a weight gain of 8lb in just over a week. Taking these is the only change I've made, so I'm confident these are the cause. And even if I'd suddenly started overeating, 8lb in a week?!
I contacted the company using the return/refund option on their website. I had seen the return policy previously, which is literally "we don't do returns or refunds" but I'd also seen this contact option so figured in certain cases, it was an option. However, this isn't the case. They won't allow a return under any circumstances and have the return/refund contact option "so we can listen to customer concerns, review individual experiences, and provide guidance or support when something doesn’t feel right.". Which I think we can all agree is ridiculous.
Their responses are insincere and unhelpful and I just can't recommend this company.
They said the weight gain isn't something they hear about commonly - meaning it has happened to others too. Supplements can be a risk but it's not just that these didn't work as well I wanted, or at all, I paid £80 for something that made me gain 8lb in a week. That's insane. And then to top it off, the company couldn't care less and send the most infuriating 'we do care though, promise' responses - even after you tell them not to reply any more.

They may well work for others and could work for you, but if they don't, don't expect much in the way of support.

Update after Ovira response - that reply is exactly what I'm talking about. It's saccharine nothingness.

Don’t waste money on snake oil!

Bought curb crave and immediately I start getting migraines. I stopped taking and emailed asking for a refund of unopened bottle and was refused. I am positive the advert I clicked from said money back guarantee but I can see online lots of complaints about this company. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered and my product is stuck in…

I ordered and my product is stuck in the Netherlands since end jan 26. They will not issue a refund unless I refuse my item at the door but I can’t refuse it as it will never arrive. I’m in Ireland but they sent it to the Netherlands where it is now stuck due to incomplete customs info on the senders part.

I purchased the bloating tablets online…

I purchased the bloating tablets online on the 22nd of January and still have not received the product.
It states on the website it take 5/7 working days which i believed to be true.i have been on to customer service and just keep getting the same answer,they are looking into it.
Then I got an email to say if I would like any other products I could have 10% off in the future 🙄...sure I haven't even gotten the 1st product I have ordered..so needless to say I am not impressed and will never order again.

This product genuinely works. As a busy mom of three, I tend to stress-eat throughout the day. I’m usually too exhausted for regular exercise, and snacking wasn’t helping my weight goals. I’m so glad I found this supplement.
