I’m truly so sorry for the experience you’ve had — I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, especially after waiting so long for your order and not getting the level of clarity you deserve.

You’re absolutely right — the delay you experienced was caused by a combination of our warehouse transition earlier this year and the ongoing Canada Post strike, which has created additional delivery challenges nationwide. That said, I completely understand that this doesn’t make the situation any less frustrating for you.

Please rest assured that your parcel is still in transit, just moving more slowly due to the strike. I genuinely apologise that our earlier communication didn’t provide the reassurance or detail you needed — that’s not the experience we want for our customers.
