best wood ever, just the right size and delivery was quick and wood was placed where I wanted it.

Not satisfied
Wood is good quality and evenly cut.
Delivery was 1.5 weeks from order to delivery.
The driver was to text 30 mins before which he did not.
They advertise that they have a delivery that will bring the wood closer to where you want it instead of just curbside. The size of that truck would only make that possible if you lived on a farm and not in a villa area like I am. Which meant that I paid extra for the delivery that was in actuality curbside. This was the main reason I chose this company as they were the only one not offering curbside.

Poor customer service, worse wood
We ordered a pallet of birch on January 28. Normally when we order, there's about a week delivery time. This time around we heard nothing for three weeks and then a couple weeks more. We understand delays can happen but the communication was abysmal - our emails and calls would go unanswered for weeks.
In the end the wood just arrived without notice yesterday (March 9). All of this would be something we would accept but the wood itself is absolute trash. It is rotting, moldy all over, and crumbling. We sincerely have to wash our hands after handling a log. It might be birch though it's hard to tell in its present state.
We will be ordering from Coop next time, as we had previously.
