AVOID. Impossible to Cancel
Trying to cancel is impossible. And don’t even think about getting a refund! Emails aren’t responded to (I have sent three!) Surely this is fraudulent? Avoid unless you want to be stuck with these awful tasting products forever. Do yourself a favour - just take creatine. It’s cheaper. Sugar free and a better, more useful dose. (What’s the bet they don’t respond to this review either!)
UPDATE - So I now have had multiple vague responses from their AI agent klaudia - I was promised a human response that day…nothing came. Shows how important they are taking my complaint and questions!

Forcing customers into monthly subscriptions with no clear way to cancel the subscription only to pause it for a certain amount of time. To make things worse the gummies are not even tasty. I would caution anyone to ever buy from this company.

Poor service all round
Poor service all round.
Ordered the 3 month supply, got a subscription. Emailed them to cancel, they said it had been cancelled. Then next month I see money taken from then. Email to ask what going on. As product hadn’t been dispatch can they not stop it from being sent, apparently not.
So was sent something I didn’t want or need, even tho I had asked to cancel before hand. So for their mistake I was meant to pay to send it back to them to get a refund on something I had previously cancelled.
Avoid at all cost.

Save your money
Ordered from this company in January and cancelled in March. No further payments for 6 months and multiple emails enticing me back with discounts. 5am this morning I get a notification saying goods are on the way and £36 taken out of my account.
Emailed to query and they’ve said it auto renewed. When I provided evidence of cancellation they still won’t refund until I send the goods back and they won’t cover cost of postage. Save your money!
I see there has been a response. I did not receive an email 3 days before, I had already opted out of my subscription 6 months ago. There was no reminder sent to me regarding any subscription as it had already been terminated. I could not make changes to a subscription that was no longer active!

Skimming off order
I ordered a bundle of 2 packs of creatine gummies. Then I was offered a further 2 for a good price so I opted for the deal. That should have been 4 packs. What did arrive is 3 packs of creatine gummies and a roll of magnetic self adhesive tape. I am not sure if someone in the packaging dept is skimming off peoples orders and putting random items in the box to make up the weight. Because the order says delivered I have been told that the system shows 4 bags as having been delivered.
I was offered a replacement bag but after having read so many reviews about how awful they taste I decided not to accept and have chosen to return everything including the magnetic tape.

When you first got in touch, our team replied within a minute. You said you'd like to return everything, so we sent full return instructions straight away and confirmed you'd get a refund on all 4 bags, not just the 3 you received. We also offered an alternative: we could send your missing bag plus a free extra bag, if you'd rather give them a try first. At no point did anyone tell you the order was correct. We followed up again the next day and are still waiting to hear back from you.
On the tape, our warehouse doesn't stock or use magnetic adhesive tape anywhere in the packing process, so that's not something that's come from us skimming or padding out orders. We take errors like this seriously and want to get to the bottom of it, but we can only do that with your help.

They don't tell customers who wonder why the flavour suddenly got worse with the 3.0 version that they have been buying glorified overpriced hariboswith zero creatine for months before. If you want a fair chance for starting over at least be transparent to your existing customers..

Had been using ovrload last few years, loyal customer, through thick and thin
Ordered new flavours 3 weeks ago, they sent out my old order, contacted them for replacement, was no problem. 2 weeks on still awaiting my amended order and back and forth with emails continually promised it to be fixed.
Ended up cancelling my subscription, it is easier to buy a tub of creatine, not worth the hassle.

Taste change - AWFUL
brought a bag and was happy to continue, great taste. Then invested in buying a few more. With no clear notice the taste changed and became vile. Just for the company to tell me ‘yeah this is the new 3.0 recipe’ I asked for the previous one but no luck. Can’t return opened bags even with the 30 day guarantee apparently. Waste of money will never buy from them again.
