The experience is terrible. I can not get in contact with the custom service. I can not find the phone number. The delivery supplier post.nl only put the huge box to a distant collection point. I don't have a car, so it is impossible to carry that box home. after I let it return, no follow up at all on this order. I don't know if the chair will be delivered again, or I will get my money back.

few update:
After few weeks the company sent a repairman to fix the chair, so at least it works now for me.

1. I paid for installation but the chair was delivered to me without installation.
2. I sent an email to ask to pay me back the installation fee or make an appointment to install the chair. No one replied.
3. I called, 5 times per day. No one picks up the phone.
4. I finally installed the chair myself， and the height of the chair can not be adjusted！ One of the pulls doesn't work.
5. I paid almost 300 euros for this experience. I am speechless.

their products are cheaply made !!! and u can't leave a review on their website . stay away from them . the price they ask is a rip off compare to the quality
