I really like my new dress and got so many compliments! Delivery was also surprisingly fast!!

Everything arrived on time and the pieces are unique.

I ordered the Thea Fur Jacket and it arrived the very next day! The jacket is absolutely beautiful and the quality is amazing. I’ll definitely be shopping from OW again and I can’t recommend it enough! 🫶🏻

Love my new jacket!

Ordered a jacket from this company which looked nothing like the picture and it completely fell apart. I communicated with the company via email and Instagram DM in which they asked me for pictures to support my claim. I then sent the pictures and they just decided to stop responding to me. I have contacted them for 3 weeks and they just do not care. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Love the designs of shirts and bought one in Bordeaux for nearly 100 euros. Shrank on first cold wash. Very poor quality. High quality lyocell would not shrink so much. Had to keep chasing customer services for any sort of reply, wanted to try a replacement but they would not replace instead offering 15% goodwill off another poor-quality shirt. No thanks. Avoid there are better quality products out there

Purchased a dress from OW collection. Returned months ago, within the return period. I didn’t even open the package as had order to take away with me and didn’t arrive within the delivery time. Sent various emails from an update on my return and refund and had no response. I spent £160 on a dress, which they’ve now received back and aren’t refunding me. It has now been 3 months. Disgusting. Do no order from this company.

Will never order at OW again. From the Netherlands it costs €30 to return a single dress. Apparently DHL only delivers to DHL pick up points when i enter this address. Such a waste of money :(
