I have made about 8 orders from them in the past 2 years, my last being a couple weeks ago. All my orders have shipped out and gotten to me pretty fast and they've always been in great condition. Like buying plush in the wild, it's a gamble on the exact "quality"/pattern you're getting but they don't make the plush, so that depends on the retailer you're buying from. This is one of the few online plush stores I trust and will continue to use them in the future.
They'll send you defective items (squishmallows) and make YOU pay the return shipping when you try to get your money back. Ridiculous, never buying from them again.
