I have ordered from them several times and always get a great product. No dings or rips. It was also great when they immediately helped me with an issue with my subscription.

I’ve been subscribed for several years and OwlCrate delivery day is the best day of the month! I so appreciate how dedicated this team is to quality. Every detail of every book is thoughtfully put together and well executed. None of the other book boxes are putting in all of the extras that we regularly get from OwlCrate (like redesigned covers, stenciled edges, and ribbon bookmarks on pretty much every book) and that’s not to mention all the upcoming limited editions and new projects. This is a team that cares about books as art, which for us book dragons is EVERYTHING. A special edition should be a love letter to the author and all the time and effort they spent creating that book, as that is what I get from OwlCrate special editions.

The Nest is one the best bookish communitys ever. There, everyone is welcome to talk about the things they love the most (which for me and I'm sure a lot of other people are definitely are books) that's why I love the Nest so much. We can get book recommendations, participate in reading challenges, do buddy reads, etc. Being on the Nest and talking to other bookworms is always fun, and I love spending time there. If you have an questions about anything thete is always someone, who answers them, so the Nest administrators are also really great. I just love the Nest, and I'm happy, that I found this absolutely great bookish community

OwlCrate has never disappointed me. I do wish the Jr boxes would have worked out, but I can understand the market might not have been as receptive as hoped. However, I'm thrilled to be a new subscriber and can't wait for the books to come!

I LOVE the adult fantasy subscription!! Every book selection is great and the editions are so beautiful!! OwlCrate is coming out with new quarterly subscriptions next year and I already can’t wait for the romance picks!!

OwlCrate offers exclusive items and special edition books. It was easy to join the subscription and I am often pleased with the book selections. Very excited to see them branch out into Sci Fi and Horror!!!! Tickets purchased!

I've been a subscriber of owlcrate for more than a year now, and I can say their books are always top notch! New and exciting titles, gloriously redone covers, the artwork is always spectacular, and I love how often their books come with extra content for their subscribers. I also love how they have a varying selection of genres and authors, so I've been exposed to books that I maybe wouldn't have selected for myself if I came across them in a bookstore. Every month I know that I've got a new and exciting journey to a vastly different world in store, and I am absolutely excited for their new quarterly subscriptions and to expand my collection even further!

Not only are all of the products great, but the community is just as amazing. With Owlcrate, you can get some beautiful items and books, but you can also be welcomed into a community of fellow booklovers!

I've been a subscriber since 2015 and I've watch this company grow more and more every year. They're dedicated to their customers from excellent customer service who are prompt, kind, and helpful to the community they've built in TheNest app they developed. They even have a podcast! They're full of passionate bookworms who curate each box to be the best and always look to do more. This company and community saved my life in a dark time by bringing me some light every month. My home is full of their products and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm a proud long time subscriber and plan to stay subscribed for as long as possible.

I’ve been an Owlcrate subscriber for a very long time now and I’ve always been blown away by their customer support. I know they get so many emails, but they always strive to answer communications as fast as they are able. They listen to their customer base and I have watched them improve and grow over the years. Every box is always beautifully curated and I’ve been introduced to so many great authors and small businesses. I cannot wait to see where they go in the future.

I have placed multiple orders with OwlCrate. All of my items have arrived in perfect condition, packaged well, and quickly. Any questions that I have had for customer service were answered quickly as well.

I have loved getting my Owlcrate boxes for over a year now. They were the first place I started receiving boxes from and they are my favorite so far. They have such a variety of items in their boxes. Their team is super friendly and open. I not only get a subscription service but have become part of a community of book lovers through OwlCrate. I have had issues before with one of my orders and I was able to get it resolved quickly and they were so kind. I recommend OwlCrate and all of their beautiful books and items to anyone who loves books!! They are awesome!!

I’ve been subscribed to the YA Owlcrate book and goodies four months now and have been pleased with both the quality and selection. They’ve never arrived damaged and are packaged with care. Shipping can be a little slow, however I’ve noticed most book retailers take a long time to ship these days. It’s the reality of shipping through USPS. With small boxes, it makes the most financial sense and keeps shipping costs down. Their customer service is easy to work with. I appreciate the unlimited skips. It can be done either online or by simply emailing customer service. I have since reserved tickets for their Romantasy and SCI-FI boxes. The company is going in the right direction in listening to what the subscribers want. I look forward to seeing what they have in store in 2025.

I’ve been a customer of OwlCrate for 6+ years now. The customer service is always top tier, I’ve never had a problem they couldn’t fix. They rode through covid with only minor shipping delays, and have come out the other side better than ever, offering new collections and exclusive editions. In the last year the book customizations have become absolutely gorgeous. While not every box is to my personal taste, they provide a wonderful variety of items and I have received many that I treasure deeply. OwlCrate is like giving a present to myself every month!

I really love that Owlcrate always strives to make their customers happy. I love the small business feel that they maintain, even as the business grows and expands. The customizations almost always knock it out of the park and the artists they’ve been working with are phenomenal! I loved receiving my edition of The Ashes and the Starcursed King, the duology is STUNNING. The end paper art in particular is *chefs kiss*
