Very easy to use and set up. The audio is really great. Very helpful during covid-19 when not everyone can be in the office.

My firm purchased the Meeting Owl Pro for weekly meetings, board meetings, and everyday meetings. This product has been incredibly user friendly and has added so much value to the quality of our meetings! We are thrilled with our purchase and love doing business with such a fun and engaged team like Owl Labs. I highly recommend not only the products but the company as a whole as well.

Very intuitive to use even for those who have trouble with technology. We have one in our conference room and its been great since day one. Would highly recommend to anyone with a small to medium sized meeting space.

Our organization received our Meeting Owl Pro just before the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic were put into place. We are a Microsoft 365 customer and had been working on increasing our use of Microsoft Teams for some time, but the new circumstances accelerated matters. With the restrictions in place, only a few local staff members came to the office. Thanks to our Meeting Owl, two or three members of the leadership team could gather safely in a conference room and collaborate with the other remote team members or with the board.

Microsoft Teams and Zoom recognize the presence of the Meeting Owl immediately, and no further setup is needed. The tripod mount on the Pro model makes it especially easy to place the Owl in the middle of appropriately-separated tables. When focus needs to be directed to a particular speaker, it is easy enough to guide the camera with the mobile app. With a brief introduction to the Meeting Owl's use, staff quickly get going on their own and don't need further assistance from IT.

The meeting owl is a great product that has helped us transform our meetings. We have a leadership team that has one full time person remote and the owl has greatly improved the way we interact in our regular leadership meetings. It really is the next best thing to having all of us in person together.

We purchased the Owl to use with Zoom video conferencing and found it to be a superior experience. It automatically moves the camera to the speaker rather than me moving the laptop continually. Everyone felt more engaged in the meeting. It is an excellent enhancement to web conferencing.

I've only had one support case with Owl Labs and they were very responsive.

We deploy and recommend Owl Labs' cameras with our clients! We get great feedback and even questions on what camera we use because they love it. It's great in helping to get everyone in the picture and also pivot to whoever is speaking.

We hadn't heard of Owl Labs before we started looking for an all in one conferencing device, having been through a few trials of other well known providers we decided to give them a go and glad we did.
It was an investment for a small company to make, but within a few weeks we were happy to buy another. Owl Labs checked in on us to ensure things were going well and offered a little advise where we had questions - this is not something you get from the usual big names in this product area.

Works great! We really like how the camera is able to focus on multiple people at the same time.

The Owl Labs service team was friendly and professional when I called with a couple of questions during the set up of the Meeting Owl. They answered my questions competently and got me up and running right away.

The Owl device has transformed our conference rooms especially in the Covid-19 era. Using conference applications with external viewers is is more important that they can see all of the people in the conference room as well as information on the "white board" in the room. The Owl device does a great job at zeroing in on the pertinent speaker and information.

No issues with it. Great audio and video. Easy setup.

We were looking for a way to involve our snowbirds in our monthly board meetings of around 15 people. The basic speakerphone was not cutting it. After a lot of research we decided the Meeting Owl Pro was the best fit. It performed much better than we expected. It connected easily to a laptop and when connecting to Zoom, Skype or similar software we had the option to use the Meeting Owl as our sound and video. It truly showed everyone sitting in the in-person meeting perfectly and the speaker and microphone worked perfectly.

I love my Owl. It enabled a remote Board member to Zoom in and feel like he was at the table. It worked perfectly.

We have an Owl at each of our 5 main offices in 3 states. The system works great on MacBook pros and the iPad app helps fine tune your experience.

One note for new users: Use the Owl as the Speaker and Mic. If you have the audio coming from he TV the Owl will think it is a person and focus on the TV.

Our company needed a simple solution for video conferencing during company meetings, especially for our weekly all-hands. Our Meeting Owl allows for remote employees to clearly see and hear in a group setting. We no longer need to worry about passing a mic or adjusting a camera each time someone new speaks. Sound quality is great, and no one needs to yell to be heard even in a larger room.

Packaging is great and setup is very simple. Only downside is the price, but having a 3-in-1 mic, speaker, and camera means we didn’t have to waste time researching and ordering three separate products and learning how to set each up.

Our company has loved using our Meeting Owls (we have two). We bought one Owl and then two months later bought another one since the first one was in such high demand. We have a large portion of our company at one office (about 30) but also have 8 others who work in other states/locations. So having the Meeting Owl has been perfect for department or company meetings.

Note: We have not been using the Meeting Owls since everyone has been working from home (due to Covid-19). This was great for when we had a large group in one area (at our main office) and were adding in others who were remote.
