The camera works awesome when supporting our remote meetings. It allows everyone that is remote a way to feel like they are part of the meeting in person. I only hope they come up with an even better version that will support our 18 seat table and allow for everyone to be seen clearly.

We've always had a few people working remotely. At every company meeting, or large gathering it always felt to them that they weren't fully part of that experience. Our Owl immediately changed that. The audio quality improved 10x from our external mic, and having the ability to see everyone made a huge impact to everyone involved. The same can be said for our regular zoom meetings with partners and customers. They really enjoy being able to see everyone. Highly recommend adding this to your stack. Super easy to set up and get started.

We have had no repair issues with the Owl, so the lack of service requirement is a plus. Communication via email keeps us informed of product changes, or contact in case we need them.

The 360 degree view with auto-focus on the speaker, really changes meetings. You can see who's talking, the microphone and the speaker are top-notch. Compatible with everything, easy to use. And the support is good, and they come out with new features every so often.
A must for small meeting rooms (6-12 people).

Meeting Owl has been a smash hit in our office. The simplicity of a simple USB device makes it accessible to all our users. The voice tracking really does work; it's not just snake oil. It keeps track of up to 3 of whoever is talking around the table with ease. The fisheye lens camera is not exactly the highest resolution on the market, but it is good enough for any room in which you're going to put this thing. Plus, it's adorable, which makes buy-in from execs easier. No, really. They love that it's cute.

The Owl Labs folks are *real people* who are there to listen to you and who care about how well the Owl is working.

The Meeting Owl has been a great investment. In this current Covid crisis, it has allowed us to resume our regular meetings with our WFH employees. It just works.

The Meeting Owl is amazing at making remote team members feel a part of the conversation, by allowing them to be at the center of discussions - as a manager of a team with remote members this has been a fantastic addition to our meetings - the focus on the current speaker(s) feels natural and is truly intelligent

We love our meeting Owl! We kept it in our shared conference space where we hosted many other smaller organizations and groups until our recent social distancing began. It is by far the easiest tech we have used. As someone who has been teaching and consulting remotely for more than 15 years, the Owl allows me to move around at the whiteboard and other places in the room without a need to focus on a webcam. It is essential for anyone venturing into online work and learning spaces today - you can present just as you would if you were there live. With social distancing, we brought the Owl home and now he can share our space here while we nurture others new to this new nature of work. This is one of the best investments we have made in tech in a long time.

Grueling as it may sound, I have a series of standing meetings with as many as 15-20 people on the other end, lasting as long as 2 1/2 hours. Before discovering the Owl, the meetings basically did not work. The remote client was using a fixed high-mount camera, and a low quality mic. When conversation got lively, I could not discern what any one person was saying, and at other times, someone close to the mic would open plastic-wrapped food, or start a side conversation drowning out the speaker I was trying to hear. The single wide angle view also meant I couldn't tell exactly who said what, so I was losing important context in my notes. That went on for nearly 6 months, and the first meeting employing The Meeting Owl was dramatically better - shocking even. I went from being a fly on the wall (with poor vision and hearing) to having a seat at the table. Not only could I hear every word clearly; the high quality visual of the speaker, and direct view of their face allowed me to read those all-important facial expressions that provide information not conveyed by the spoken words. The on-screen movement of a new speaker sliding into view is very smooth, and I find that the motion itself keeps me engaged in the meeting, as opposed to the old way where I felt like a security guard monitoring a CCTV.

This camera system solves some of the most difficult challenges when trying to build-out cost-effective conferencing solutions. With the addition of a 1080 camera to their lineup, they can simply compete with any system out there. We have used it in our conference room and even taken the camera to hotel conference rooms and hooked it up right there and presented it to our remote audience over, in our case, Zoom.

The best part that I have yet to speak on is their speaker track system. The ability to switch to active speakers or split-screen to see the conversation evolve between two individuals is second-to-none. I still remember the first time I was the remote attendee, I was blown away and I am the one who installed them. I told our team that I had never been on this long of a conference before so I was never able to really take in how well they keep you engaged in the conversations that are taking place.

Long story short, take the chance. If you deal with birds-eye view cameras affixed to monitors in one location of your room or just need a new system, I highly recommend it.

We are huge fans of the Meeting Owl. They have revolutionized our conference room experience. We use them with Zoom Room. The new Owl Pro is a great upgrade for larger rooms.

I've only tried the first generation of hardware. This is a neat solution that is "all in one" if you already have your own computers and screens and are only looking to add a great webcam, a mic and possibly speakers.

The 360 view is the killer feature. Just plant it on the middle of the table and that's it. No need to rotate laptops, play with flakly remote-controlled camera controls. It just works. The intelligent cropping works flawlessly.

The microphone and speaker in the first generation isn't great. I've heard they've improved that in the second generation.

We ordered their meeting Owl. Even with an international shipment the delivery was fast and reliable. Communication has always been top-notch. Would definitely recommend Owl Labs.

I have not had a reason to contact for service much, but whenever I have contacted Owl Labs, it has been a very positive experience.
