The support helped me immediately and was great. I wanted to install Epidemic Sound afterwards. But that didn't work because of an internal change. This was then corrected for me and I got this free of charge for a period of goodwill. I'm glad I chose OWN3D as a provider. Thanks also to Nilson1489 who also drew my attention to OWN3D. Sorry for Google Translate ;-)

Der Support hat mir sofort und super weitergeholfen. Ich wollte Epidemic Sound nachträglich installieren. Das hat aber wegen einer internen Umstellung nicht funktioniert. Dies hat man mir dann korrigiert und ich bekam dies dann aus Kulanz für einen Zeitraum kostenlos. Ich bin froh OWN3D als Anbieter ausgewählt habe . Danke auch an Nilson1489 der mich auch auf OWN3D aufmerksam gemacht hat.

No refund.

The first company in my memory that refused to give me a refund for poor service. I cancelled the subscription a couple of hours after the purchase. Correspondence with customer service led to nothing, all questions about a refund were ignored a little more than completely. The advertising clearly did not match the content. All the overviews are the same in layout and layout, differing only in design. From the start there were problems with the simplest things that did not work at all, but after a letter to tech support about a refund and their response somehow (by some miracle) worked. Extremely do not recommend to buy their product, as there is no guarantee that you will be able to get a refund if you are absolutely unsatisfied with it.
I would like to add to my review. Yesterday, Marco contacted me and offered to remove my review in exchange for my money back. He wanted to pay me for removing the bad review with my own money. This is very unpleasant, and I declined such a generous offer. He ended up refusing to settle the conflict and give me my money back. The company acted like a medieval dung salesman. Keep that in mind when you want to buy something from them.

Upd: Yes, this was my last message after your blackmail, when you wanted to shut my mouth with my own money. I would post all the correspondence here to make it clearer. But this is not necessary, since you are a scammer and stole my money. After that, I have the moral right to communicate with you and say whatever I want. And other reviews confirm that you are a liar and never return money to other customers. This is a pathological disease.

From letter:
My first:
“ Hello.
I just bought a year subscription and was immediately disappointed.
I encountered a problem that the service does not meet my expectations, works incorrectly, changes settings independently, and Overlays are all the same size and content.
I cancelled my subscription and would like my money back, if possible.
Thank you for your understanding.‘

My second:
“ For example, I created timers, then decided to edit them, saved the new settings. But after refreshing the page settings returned to their previous state. Also, I could not delete these timers.
In addition, the subscription price for pandemic music was 2.25 UAH per month (in the description with a discount), but ended up withdrawing about 300 UAH for a year subscription.
And you did not answer the question, can you refund my money.”

My third:
“If you're thinking of keeping silent or shutting me out, you can't. Answer my specific question directly - will you give me my money back? I refuse to use your service and I do not want to continue my subscription. Make a cancellation of the service and a refund.“

As you can see, I was quite polite from the very beginning until the question of a refund was raised several times without an answer. After that, I began to gradually become enraged. So, Marco, maybe you are lier?
After ignoring me i post here review and only after that I got a reaction:
“ To make it short, if you delete your review, I will issue the refund.

Before you start to think I'm doing this just because of the review, the answer is no. I would have be doing this anyway on Monday, regardless of the review. But as I said, I also want to have free time and time with my family. Not everyone wants just something bad. Thank you for your understanding”

And after my refusal to completely delete the review:
“ Well, then indeed, our communication is finished now.
Enjoy the rest of the day.”.

And all. No refund, no apologies, no understanding that something is wrong with your business. I think you understand what i wish you. And is not over. After such a reaction, you really pissed me off. I hope you heard about the Barbara Streisand effect.

UPD2: You're lying again, my negative reaction (and at first in the form of only a negative review) started only after I was denied a refund and the refund itself became the subject of blackmail. Don't manipulate the facts. As I wrote above, there are similar reviews to mine where people also asked for a refund and didn't get one. First, you ignore requests for refunds from people off so you can use they anger by writing here about how that's why you didn't refund anything. Very narcissistic behavior.
I'm not going to be polite to scammers anymore. You have not returned my money, and that is an established fact. I will continue to act as I said above - I will fight by all legal means to let as many people as possible know who you really are - petty, greedy, lying crooks whose job it is to pull the last of a withering business.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to see you are not happy about our service. A refund isn't the problem. A refund is a courtesy decision and is nothing that is refused by default. Our agents are glad to issue a refund if a user is kindly asking and didn't use the features of the service, before. But honestly, that wasn't the case, in this case. We have checked the conversation. - You have written the following to our agent: "I only wish you one thing - to die quickly, you bitch.". That is an unacceptable insult. While we understand that someone is having a bad day or is stressed, or is currently in a bad part of his life, it's still not a reason to insult someone and telling him to die. This is inexcusable. We really hope you will think about your words in the future. Because words also can hurt people.

A short update to this review. The agent told you, that you would get the refund anyway on Monday, the agent also explained why you didn't get a reply anymore on Friday. And also answered to you, outside his usual working hours, to explain this, since he has seen that you are not happy, because he really wants to help the customers that are writing in. You didn't care about that, in your reply to him. You have just written the review and said that the refund was refused, that is, in fact, not true. After the latest reply to the agent's explanation, he decided to refuse the refund, since as we have written before, a refund is a courtesy decision if a user is asking kindly. But not the way you did. All your explanations also doesn't excuse your last reply to him, in which you have written, "I only wish you one thing - to die quickly, you bitch.". You can keep updating the review, but it doesn't change the fact, that you have written that to him. You would have gotten the refund already, if you just had not written in this unfriendly tone.

PS: Trustpilot is not the platform to discuss that. You can create a ticket request again or answer to your previous ticket. We are always open to solve this, even after this kind of "attack" against our agent.

I ordered the Celtic overlay package…

I ordered the Celtic overlay package and used alittle bit of the panels provided, I then contacted them for afew more panels and they included it no extra charge, these guys are great, thank you for the excellent value and being such a great site with fantastic customer service.

What a fraud and redicules customer service

Purchased a premium Overlay Pack and some extra support.
The overlays are clearly marked for OBS, StreamLabsOBS and StreamElementOBS.
After download i noticed there are no instructions for any other platform than StreamLabs or you purchase their importer tool for another Euro 10,00 per month.
I tried to contact customer support at around 23.00 as Own3d advertises 24/7 support but nobody was at home.
Than today in late morning I found e-mail sending me to how to stream with OBS, well really didn't need that and asked to kindly advise me how to import the alerts into Stream Elements or OBS in order to use them.
Second email comes back with the same links, even though i specifically stated my issues.
18 hours later i finally got online support which send me a couple of YT videos of which the first one was what I was already doing in StreamElements. The only support Marcky got me the correct answers to 2 out of the 3 issue is was facing with the animated alertboxes.
In meanwhile I got a nasty German email back telling me off and that he (Mark) provided me with the links and I should read on how to stream on there, again I don't know how to stream from OBS.
Furthermore he told me Own3d is not responsible for your install (also didn't asked for that) and that they only supply the graphics.
The level of unprofessional customer service, the refusal as per T&C's to refund payments and false advertising about support make this company nothing else than a fraud and rip off.
Every half decent Graphics designer on Etsy or Fivr will give you full support, if you have issues with your product, apart from step to step guides on how to set your overlays up.
Own3d is only interested to push StreamLabs and their own paid services without doing anything in return.
Avoid the drama, go to Etsy or Fivr and get something there for the same amount or even cheaper and better products with professional customer support compare to this fraudulent company.

Poor support

Purchased a premium overlay package. Download is extremely slow and keeps failing. Not an issue with my Internet. Support said they're doing an update and will come back to me "in a few business days". Purchases are supposed to be available immediately but evidently this isn't the case. No refund policy means I can't purchase elsewhere instead. Extremely frustrating to say the least. You also have to pay for "additional support" at the time of purchase which, although optional, is sneakily added to your cart at checkout.
