Customer Service Unresponsive

We got the light saber promptly and really enjoyed it. We didn't use it for a while and now it won't charge. This part was no big deal to us, but we've emailed the company over and over again with no response. We haven't even complained or asked for a refund, only asked for help with troubleshooting the problem. Change the battery or what? But no response at all. And it's not like I can take it to a light saber technician. My son is so sad!

Delivered to wrong address twice.

I have been trying to get the light saber that I purchased for my grandson in December for months. They delivered it to an incorrect address in another state twice. I cannot believe the good reviews that I have seen. They are crooks. $380 down the drain!

Nothing bad to say

I bought 2 lightsabers and a connector piece. After 8 days they got here(said max 3 weeks) and they work great. Could not be happier. PS costumer service also is great.
