I ordered two beautiful nightdresses from Ownkoti. The fabrics and colors are stunning. they accidentally shipped pajamas instead of a nightdress and promptly sent the correct nightdress.

I absolutely love these super snug pyjamas and can't wait to curl up in them. Excellent quality fabric and stitching.

I am following the instructions to return which include send them an email. Yet, the emails are returned as undeliverable. Total scam

Update: with assistance from the credit card company, a return has been initiated. I will happily modify my review after the return process is completed. But, as of today I am still unhappy with the product and difficulty with communication

Update 2: after work on our end, we were are to successfully get a full refund and the blanket was returned.

We purchased a King sized comforter for our bed......
When it arrived, it was nothing like the photo online and it didnt even fit our bed. The quality was poor and not worth what we paid. We tried to return it for a refund and they gave us ALOT of trouble. First, the company is located in CHINA and is difficult to communicate with. After finally agreeing to a full refund, they asked us to ship the blanket back. That would have cost us $1,200. Overall, terrible experience and we were scammed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.

I ordered a twin-duve cover and two pillowcases. Instead I got a twin-flat sheet and two pillow cases. I would appreciate if you rectify the mistake and you send me the twin duve cover.

Do not order from this company. I live in Grand Rapids Michigan, and it took over a month to get my order. I ordered a full set of sheets, fitted sheet, flat sheet pillow shams, and a comforter for my 15 year old. It finally arrived on my doorstep last night. It had been opened and repackage and opened and repackage. It looked like it had been sent around the world 3 times. Then when I opened it up, they sent me the sizes of a twin bed not the full set that I ordered. I am out $300 because there’s no one to help me. If you live in the United States do not order from this company they are a scam!

Item order mid November. Seemed all good but as item still hasn't arrived, started investigating tracking. Been "supposedly" shipped and out for delivery but never showed up and tracking never updated.
Contacted customer service three times.
Update: finally got a response stating item in en route but tracking info. still not updated
Will wait for item to actually arrive and see if it's worth this wait

I absolutely love my robe! I bought the green and purple combination. As a plus size (16/18 US) woman, I was worried about adequate coverage and this robe does not disappoint! I’ve just received it so I haven’t washed it yet; hoping it will last for years to come. I have long arms and the sleeves are long, which is not my general experience with online clothing purchases. Right now I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and quality of this item. Even my hubby commented on how beautiful it is!

I bought a throw blanket for my wife as a gift. She simply LOVED the design, the colours, the material quality, the warmth and the washability of the thing, A SERIOUS HIT and I got some serious brownie points for this one!!!. She even got a compliment on it when face timing my mother-in-law. So It looks good on video too. Nice to see such a high quality product. Looks like a Japanese design. Love the colours and is Very classy. Cat loves sitting on it too.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I ordered the lounge wear set and they mistakenly
sent me the wrong color. When I complained, they responded quickly and sent the correct color. Best of all, the goods are classy and beautiful, and the material is luxurious. This beauty and quality is hard to find.

XL fits like a medium. Tried to return. Kept getting the run around and offers to purchase more items. Just wanted my money back. Then says I will have to send back to China at my own expense and it will be very expensive. Very poor business practices. Would never do business with them again and never recommend!

I have purchased several items from this company. A blanket, a dress, a table cover, and a bathrobe. Every item is beautifully made, and designs which are artful. Best of all is the customer service which includes a speedy reply and excellent service.

Ownkoti is a great company. I bought the Ink Peony Kimono Loungewear Set, and it's the prettiest and also softest pair of PJ's I've got. I know I'll be asked where I found them, so have made sure I can't lose their details!

Ordered a king size quilt. It barely covered the mattress and came with wrong colored binding. Display photos showed quilts covered to the floor. When brought that to their attention, they said covers are not to American dimensions and that I should have checked dimensions beforehand. Also label was on outside as opposed to underside. Trying to return bedding for a refund was a nightmare. I was asked to justify need for refund and send photos of bedding, skew numbers and bar code. Tried to discourage me from requesting refund as it was going to be expensive. Sure enough I had to return to China that would have cost $200-$300 dollars with no guarantee of getting my money back according to what other reviewers stated in their experience. I wished I had read the online reviews earlier. They are not a trustworthy company.

Complete junk and no response from customer service to refund and return the convertor. the converter has imperfections in the material and not as advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. my order number # OK174340
