Placed an order June and still no sign of it! Messages sent via various means with 1 Instagram reply in August stating it was with customs. Messaged again on numerous occasions and zero response! Shame it won't let me leave zero stars!

I ordered from here back in February and my parcel never came so I sent emails and messaged them on Instagram asking for updates on my order and the only update I got was that it’s waiting to clear customs and this was back in March. I got no other responses until July when I said that I would like a refund and they asked for my order number but nothing else was done since then so I never got my refund. It’s a shame cause the clothes are lovely, just never received the item. I should’ve paid more attention to the other negative reviews rather than taking a risk as it isn’t worth it. It’s best to avoid this site.

I’ve emailed multiple times and haven’t received a response nor my package… I ordered in December… it’s September now and am extremely disappointed. I just want my money back so I can use it on something worth it. It’s sad bc most of the stuff on the website is nice

Scam, never received a parcel and the wouldn’t reply to my messages

Didn’t get my order after 3 months. Fit ignored by them multiple times!! Basically a scam don’t buy from them!!

Have been going back and forth with OwnSaviour for months— I think since March or April about an order. Waited about 60 days, and was told they would resend order. Kept waiting and waiting— No order. Have tried communicating with them via instagram but haven’t gotten a response. Tried twitter, and would occasionally get a response, but have been ghosted apparently.

Very dissatisfied. They apparently have no customer service number. I feel like they don’t care about customers. All I wanted was a refund. I paid for the item TWICE and paid for shipping. Just want my money back.

Don’t order from here.

Also something that isn’t helpful is that the website/owners do a good job of replying to negative reviews on here with inaccuracies or refutation. Rather than solving the issue that a lot of people are having— issue us refunds.

I have ordered from own saviour before and had to wait 3 months for my order and I really liked the clothes when they came. I decided to order again and it has now been 4 months and they aren't responding to any social media messages or emails. Very unhappy with this service

Absolutely terrible! I ordered from this site twice, and have received neither package. I emailed and dm’d them and have received no refund.

SCAM, received no order and then when trying to get a refund they just stopped replying to me

Do not buy from here!!! I ordered 3 things in late April this year and still have not received any items or shipping info. I emailed them twice, but no reply. I tried Instagram, and luckily they replied but their responses were confusing and didn’t answer my questions. I spent about $50 on this scam. Even though their stuff is cute, don’t do it. I want to expose the company so bad but don’t have any platform to do so. They even delete all the comments on their Instagram posts of people saying how they are scammers. The whole thing is very dodgy!! Be safe

I ordered here despite all the reactions I saw that were negative. Just don’t do it, I received everything except one pants that I paid good money for. When I contacted them they said ‘we will look into it’ tot then never responding again. I asked again a week later and they asked again for my order number and that ‘they will look into it’. They don’t respond on emails and are a scam.

I placed an order over 3 months ago, and still have not received it. They do not respond to emails, instagram or facebook messages, and appear to delete all of the negative comments from their social media. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM- they're literally stealing money from people.

Would put 0 if I could, my girlfriend ordered some clothes 8 months ago and they weren't sent so she asked for a refund but there was no reply. They ignored her on email and Instagram until eventually they blocked her on insta. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

spent £70 3 months ago and the package hasn’t arrived. Can’t get in touch with the company as they aren’t responding to any method of communication.

I ordered back in September 2020 and it is August 2021 now. I still have not received my order. I have emailed and contacted their instgram atleast 10 times and they have not replied to any of them nor even read them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Tldr; Appalling customer service, they lost my package, consistently ignored me and won’t give me my money back.

I DMed the company on Instagram and emailed them upwards of 10 times and finally got them to admit the package had been lost in transit. They offered to resend it and I asked how long it would take to arrive. They ignored this message for days so I asked for a full refund instead. They responded saying they needed my email and payment method to refund me so I provided this information immediately. They ignored this message again and I messaged them 3 times trying to follow up and they ignored each and every message. You can only get through to them if you comment something negative on their Instagram posts and then they delete these comments and reply to your messages. They have essentially stolen £60 from me and I am unable to get through to them. Do not buy their products, they will rip you off.

DO NOT SHOP HERE, literally just a scam. I’ve been waiting for my order for like 4 months and it’s not supposed to take that long to get my order. I used over 80€ on their clothing which I haven’t got and now they are not responding for me when I’m trying to get my money back. This is ridiculous and wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from their website.

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a simple top in March and it is now August and has not arrived, despite delivery typically taking 14 days, 2 months worst. When I emailed in May, I was ignored. their website says to DM them for a RAPID response so I reached out again in late July on Instagram for a refund, (they have no phone contact number). I have received extremely slow replies. They are continuing to post and ignore my messages and I have been ignored for days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND THEY ARE THIEVES.

I placed an order back in October 2020 for about £80 worth of items. Everything arrived within more than a month, which was surprising, apart from one £14 item. Realising that this item had not arrived, I sent them an email. To this day I still have not got a response from this email. I decided to turn to Twitter DMs and since then I have been arguing with them to get my refund on a £14 item of clothing. I cannot even begin to describe how frustrated I’ve been with this company. I have had the same conversation about 4 times now which goes like this: they ask me for my email, my order number and my PayPal and then tell me they will check up on it for me. I don’t hear from them for over a month and then I message them asking for the update. The same conversation happens again. I still haven’t received a refund and it’s been 9 months since I received my order. I’ve never wrote a review about a company before until Own Saviour. I have never experienced customer service as worse as Own Saviour. If you check the replies to their tweets on Twitter, you will see that a lot of people are waiting on refunds and even their orders to arrive. I’m giving this review 2 stars because I’m lucky that most of my clothes arrived. All I can say is: you’re one of the lucky ones if your stuff arrives, but don’t even attempt trying to get a refund unless you want to pull all your hair out in trying. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
