Really surprised how fast my scarves came and also was very please with our free gifts. Scarves are very good quality and well worth the price.

Excellent customer service.

I ordered a scarf. Realising I chosen the wrong colour I was able to easily contact them through the contact us. They responded within the hour and changed my order. My order arrived the next morning which I thought was amazing. The scarf is lovely and quality good. Nicely packed. They also made my day by sending,complimentary, a couple of packets of their biscuits. What a lovely touch. Was able to text the company to thank them and received a thankyou text back.. A real feeling that you dealing with a lovely family business. Great customer service
