The technician behaved inappropriately toward me while alone in my apartment. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe during the appointment.
I contacted the company right away to report what happened. They did nothing.
The way this was handled was deeply disappointing and concerning.

Worst carpet cleaning ever. They ruined my entire room using harsh chemicals that made stains worse instead of removing them. The cleaner was rude, full of attitude, and demanded full payment upfront. Now the company is asking for more money to fix their own mess. Total scam. Stay away from this company—I have photos to prove the disaster they left behind.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a carpet cleaning company. They completely ruined my room. Instead of cleaning, they used harsh chemicals that left the carpets looking worse than before. The stains are now bigger, and the entire room is messed up.

To make matters worse, the technician had a terrible attitude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He demanded full payment upfront before even starting the job. After doing such a horrible job, the company now has the audacity to ask for more money to “fix” their own mistakes.

This is nothing short of a scam. They destroyed my carpets, wasted my time, and treated me with zero respect. Please don’t make the same mistake I did—stay far away from this company.

Oxi-Fresh provided professional & personable superior quality service. Easy to make an appt online & tech Daniel was great. This was the first cleaning of recently installed carpet, so it was important to find the best service for our needs.

After cleaning the carpet looked fresh & clean, and smelled clean even without the extra deodorizers. Amazingly, the medium pile carpet was nearly dry when finished, and dried the rest of the way in an hour or so, with softness noticeably restored. The Oxi-Fresh product is Pet friendly and residue free. Our chemical-sensitive cat experienced zero reaction.

To me “Superior Quality” means that the Oxi-Fresh service effectively and efficiently accomplished the desired results, and as in this service, even exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this company; intend to engage Oxi-Fresh for regular service.

Justin from Gilbert was our Oxy Fresh technician. He was an excellent communicator by sending reminders and texts. He explained the process and worked diligently for 2 hours. The carpets look great!

I hired them for my house to get rid of dog pee and did not work. I tried to call back after spending over 700 and blown off after many days.

My techs name was David he did a excellent job the rooms look total different thank you David I will be using OXI FRESH CARPET CLEANING again.

I do not recommend this company. They ruined my new carpet. It had only a small superficial stain, and they cleaned it incorrectly due to a lack of knowledge and training. The procedure lasted less than 20 minutes, they charged me $170.00 (which they debited from my bank account the next day), and they had me sign a paper without even letting me see the result because the carpet was still wet. After two attempts and failing to resolve the issue, they refuse to take responsibility for the damage. I sent several messages to the company and the owner, but despite acknowledging their fault, they refuse to pay for the damage. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I previously left a great review the same day of the cleaning, but a week later, I had to change my review to 1 star, and here is why. My carpets took several days to dry and white powder residue started to appear on my carpets. I used my heavy duty vacuum on the carpets today and sucked up so much white powder residue that I had to stop halfway through because my vacuum was starting to choke on the powder. I removed and replaced the 2 filters as well as emptied out the tank (which was full of white powder) then I finished with the vacuum job and had to remove and rinse off the 2 filters because they were full of white residue powder. Not sure what Ozzy used to clean my carpets but I do know he was in and out in less than 1-1/2 hours. I'm so disappointed and I will NEVER use OxiFresh Carpet Cleaning again.

Worst experience ive had with a carpet cleaning company! Paid extra for odor and stain removal and it smelled way worse and stains were back in 2 days. Supposed to redo carpets and we’re late then said nothing they could do & never came back. Asked the Tech and office representative to have the Manager call me at least 3 times…..never called!!!

I've had nothing but great experience from the Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning in the San Francisco Bay Area. Their technicians are very kind, listen to the issues and get to work cleaning my carpet. They have made my carpet look like new again. I love the fast dry time and their prices are much less than the steam cleaners in my area. Highly recommend this company!

Damage to Our Pristine Wood Floors Caused By Their Employees Admitted Actions While Working at Our Home.

OxiFresh Cleaning Service of Tulsa County Damaged Our beautiful wood floors!

After their employee cleaned dining chairs upholstery, protective pads on bottom feet of chairs were wet and were placed back on floor by their employee before the pads had time to dry.

It is quite common to have protective pads under furniture on high quality wood floors and cleaning companies know this; their employee made an honest mistake. So what is the next right step by any Company with integrity? File a claim; that is why we all have insurance.

The actions of their employee caused the damage and somehow management is under the allusion that they are not responsible because their cleaning solution couldn’t have caused it. That may or may not be true; that is irrelevant here; what is relevant is that their employees actions at our property while acting on behalf of Oxifresh did directly cause the damage weather intentional or not is also irrelevant as far as contract business law or insurance is concerned. We are quite clear that Oxifresh is one hundred percent responsible for the damage that occurred to our newly resurfaced wood floors at the hand of their employee while servicing our furniture in our home.

Take a look at the photos we have included; we had these wood floors resurfaced just two weeks ago.

Their employee Michael is so far the only person with integrity and accepted full responsibility and apologized.

Why doesn’t No Integrity Oxifresh Carpet Cleaning Tulsa Oklahoma management take responsibility and file an insurance claim to do what is necessary to bring our wood floors back to their pristine condition they were in before Oxifresh cleaned at our property at 4100 S Nogal Ave, Broken Arrow

The guy that showed up reeked of marijuana. He not surprisingly did a terrible job that became very apparent after the carpet dried. It took a lot of work to finally reach the owner who thought it appropriate to tell me that marijuana is legal. Poorest excuse for a business I've ever seen. They also delete bad reviews which is why I'm on Trust Pilot.

My son just rented a townhouse and the carpeted bedrooms and stairs were in bad need of deep cleaning. My wife looked up carpet cleaning and oxi fresh come up. They had excellent reviews and 4.5 stars. We called them and they arrived when they had said. Brian did a great job cleaning the carpet for our son. Very professional and polite, with awesome results. Will definitely use them again🙂
