Ordered the smaller skip but was advised to get the bigger one. Staff were so helpful and changed it with no issue. Took the extra payment and had the skip on the day I wanted it. Cheapest price after I checked all other skip hires. I had it for 5 days and received a text to see if I was finished with it and wanted it collected. The skip was collected next day. Great service and staff

Best value for money and quick and easy online service. I had to telephone the Company to check the delivery time and I was put through to the right person who answered my query quickly.

Good price, delivered promptly. Would have liked the skip to be collected sooner but that's a minor gripe.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered skip last Monday was too late for Tuesday delivery so it was to be delivered Wednesday. I specifically stated it had to be collected Friday as work was being started in the garden Saturday . That was okayed and my money was taken. After 3 phone calls on Wednesday and told you are on list it SHOULD be with you tidsy as we are very busy it was delivered at 4pm . I received a phone call on Friday at 1.26pm which I missed. I phoned it back at 2.23pm and was asked was skip ready for collection I said it was. Friday not collected Saturday I left a message nothing . Monday I received a call 8.36am and it was as if yes we will collect today as we are very busy . So don’t take my booking as I had to cancel garden job on Saturday.it was as if well we will collect today we are very busy. Woman very unapologetic and actually rude she said nothing in the notes to say colllection Friday I said I said it on call to which she said no one is going to listen to all calls. I told her I would be leaving this review I was told yes work away. So I live in hope it’s collected today as workmen here again and skip still here. Avoid Oxugen slips at all costs as I would have ordered elsewhere if I had been informed last Monday that they are VERY BUSY should be new logo .

I recently used Oxygen Skip Hire to clear out a large amount of rubbish from my back garden, and I was very impressed with the service. The skip was delivered on time, placed exactly where I needed it, and collected promptly once I had finished filling it.The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free. Ordered a skip for the 12/6/26 range on that day to ask for a time roughly and girl said they can’t give time ok that’s understandable asked what time it had until been delivered she replied and said up till 9pm I then asked if it’s not here can I get a number to ring she said u can call back this number it is now Saturday the 13/6/26 iv been calling that same number and the office is closed since 5:30pl on the Friday… no out of hour number when you check online on google it says there open but when u call the number it’s not .. so will never use these again I will b calling first thing Monday morning for a refund

I was waiting for a skip on the Friday, had all weekend planned around it. No skip showed up, and no customer support over the weekend to try to locate it. I had to wait till the Monday. First and last time using Oxygen environmental.

Paid for skip online. Delivery Tuesday. Tuesday comes -no skip. Ring them and told it will be before 5pm. No skip. Get a call at 9pm - it’ll be there in 10 mins. That’s no good as it’s commercial and no one there. It’ll be there before 5 pm tomorrow. Ring next day and get some upright rude lady who advises that there’s a night driver. That’s no good. If you book online it can arrive at anytime!!!! - if you’re lucky. If you’re using this company commercially then they’ll cost you money with no shows. AVOID….
Uodate - I did contact your team and was met with a very defensive attitude where the staff member placed blame on someone else and the person who ordered the skip stating ‘she should have mentioned before 5pm delivery when ordering’ and ‘nobody here would have promised before 5pm delivery’.

Excellent service. Skip arrived first thing in morning.

The man who dropped the skip was polite and put it where we asked.

Skip was delivered on time, however it was due to be collected on Tuesday, its now Friday and it still hasnt been collected.

Delivery was very prompt as promised, and plenty of time given. Good experience and would use again.
