Terrible customer service

I'm in Canada, and ordered the oxiline scale believing my purchase price was in CAD. The final transaction on my credit card after the purchase showed USD. I immediately contacted the seller via their email address, requesting the order be reversed. I was ignored. I emailed them a second time, still no answer. I then get a shipping notification, and AGAIN try to contact the seller asking to cancel the delivery and get a refund... STILL nothing. There is no customer service here. It's appalling. I have to contact my credit card provider and start a charge back.

No contact from a human after requesting a call

So far I have asked for a call back & was given all the info to show a report for an Oxiline Pro MD scale that only showed weight. I did everything suggested by the bot, but to no avail. I hate the idea of paying to return this. I cannot get it to who metrics and now see all of the negative reviews. I asked again for a call tomorrow morning, so we shall see. It feels like a quality device, but way too expensive when a $10 scale will give me what this scale is giving me right now. I need a human voice walking through this device to see if it actually works or I need to return it. I will write a follow-up to this tomorrow no matter which way this goes. Oxiline stated fast shipping-HA!

Oxiline stated fast shipping, would receive my XS Pro in 2-4 days. Its been 9 days and UPS still hasn't received the package from them. Wish I was able to review the product, but I'm sitting here empty-handed!

OXILINE ONLY OFFERS LIFETIME WARRANTY…

OXILINE ONLY OFFERS LIFETIME WARRANTY IF THE DEVICE WAS PRURCHASD DIRECTLY FROM THEM.

I purchased on Oxiline Blood pressure monitor Model XS Pro on 02/06/26.

On June 4th, I synced the XS Pro with my phone app, and found that there was no data from May 18th thru June 4th. When I went to check the data manually on the device, it showed my reading from June 4th, but no data from May 18th to June 4th.

I sent a message to Oxiline support regarding this problem. I requested a refund or replacement unit. I received the following response: "I can see how stressful this is—especially with your doctor appointment tomorrow. Let’s try to recover those last 2 weeks of readings and get you something you can share with your doctor ASAP." I was given a list of things to try, most of which I had already tried, but I did everything on their list again, but it did not fix the problem. I sent a response to Oxiline that I could not recover the data.

My next response from Oxiline was "About your return/refund request: we can absolutely help with that, but I’ll need to locate your purchase first. Please reply with your order number (from your confirmation email/receipt) or the email address used at checkout if different from xxxx.xxx
Also confirm which blood pressure monitor model you have (e.g., Pressure XS Pro, etc.) and whether you want to return it due to the missing readings/sync issues. Once I have the order details, I’ll guide you through the quickest next step based on your delivery date (and we’ll still do everything we can to get your data recovered for tomorrow)".

I sent them all of the requested data, including the order information confirmation from Walmart, which is where I purchased the device. I received a response "Thanks for the detailed follow-up — I can see why this would be alarming and frustrating. If the device history is showing the same date/time for every record while the pressure/pulse values change wildly each time you press Display, that does point to a device/memory fault rather than normal stored readings".

They sent me another list of things to try. At this point I discovered I could no longer sync my data. When I looked at the data manually, I discovered there were literally hundreds of entries for June 4th. I was able to export the data, so I sent a copy of the CSV file showing the hundreds of entries.

They responded by asking for my purchase information again, which I had previously sent them.

I got the following response, "ABOUT REPLACEMENT / WARRANTY COVERAGE
Because this unit was purchased and fulfilled through Walmart (order XXXXXXXXXXXX), any replacement or refund has to be processed through Walmart’s order/returns system. Our lifetime warranty coverage applies to devices purchased directly from oxiline.shop, so I’m not able to authorize a warranty replacement on a Walmart order from our side.

On calling Walmart, they said I would have to contact the manufacturer.

I was very disappointed with this…

I was very disappointed with this scale. The data seemed useful when it worked, but getting it to complete a body scan was frustrating and unreliable. Most of the time, it functioned as nothing more than an expensive scale displaying weight in grams.

When the body scan did work, the results varied significantly from one measurement to the next, making it difficult to trust the data. After repeated issues, I ended up returning it and going back to my $20 drugstore scale. At least that one consistently gives me my weight in pounds and works every time

Disappointing

I bought the Pressure XS Pro due of its good reviews. However, the machine I received does not provide BP readings; instead, all I get is error codes. I've tried working with support but all of their suggestions fail, and they are very slow to respond; been trying to get this resolved for over a week.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I bought their Scale MD Pro, it didn't work. I contacted them, complained, they told me to throw it away and sent me a second one. It didn't work properly, so they asked me to spend my own money to ship it back and they would send a third. You would have to be an idiot to throw good money after bad after the first two didn't work. I complained, they didn't care, so a $200 scale is nothing but a doorstop! I suggest buying a Hume scale-AT LEAST IT WORKS!!!!!!

Not fancy, just does what I need

Bought the TENS xs pro for my lower back after moving apartments and wow my muscles unclench fast. I start on the lowest mode then bump it up and it’s this gentle buzz that helps me sit through work. The pads stick well and peel off clean, I’ve reused them a bunch already. Battery lasts me all week with 20 minute sessions. My dad tried it after yard work and now he keeps asking to borrow mine, so that’s saying something. Not fancy, just does what I need.

Doesn't stand by their "Lifetime" warranty

I purchased a blood pressure monitor that supposedly had a lifetime warranty. The clip that holds the hose to the machine broke. I contacted them. That model was no longer made but they would give me a coupon for 20% off a new one. What happened to a replacement machine since you can't provide just the clip to the hose? Why do I have to spend another $100? They keep ignoring my emails and now won't respond.

DOn’t buy an Oxiline MD Pro Scale - it doesn’t work.

January 2026 I purchased the Oxiline MD Pro scale for ~$200. It was a birthday gift for my husband who opened the gift just a week ago. Despite numerous tries, online video instruction and emails to customer service the Scale does not work as promised. It is supposed to provide body composition data but the weight function is the only thing that works. I have written to their customer service and asked for a refund and return information. They have gone silent and are not corresponding with me. We used the scale for all of one afternoon trying 30 plus times to get it to give us a reading. It just doesn’t work. I do not want this flawed scale and just want to return it. It is packed in the original box and undamaged. I read on other posts that many others have had this issue and also went though a difficult time getting the company to respond and refund.

I wanted the best bp monitor because we needed to track my husbands bp to adjust his medication.
We took it to the dr office 2 times per week to check the accuracy between the Pro model and their readings…same time..same are…back to back comparisons. Every time the Oxiline showed readings of 20-30 points higher.
I have contacted the company but have received no help from Leo or Anne…
I just wanted to know if the machine could be recalibrated.

The customer service rep

The customer service rep, Justine, quickly resolved my issue, replacing an older model glucose monitor with an updated model. It was the most expiditious services I've encountered. Kudos to Oxline. Keep up the good work!

Bought the TENS XS Pro and finally used it a few days ago when my wife was dealing with some lower back issues. The unit and the accessories, including the case, seem very well constructed. Instructions are VERY skimpy. If you have never used a TENS unit you will likely be lost. The GOOD news is that when I contacted customer service via email, not only did I get very detailed information, but multiple emails back and forth on a Sunday. That was impressive and the unit worked well.
