Not please with the product as sizing varies greatly. The quality is only so good which I guess is why their prices are low. The company requires you to pay for returns and makes any customer support very difficult, be warned.

WARNING - Terrible Experience. Strongly reccomend not purchasing from this company. They processed my payment immediately and it has been almost 30 days with no delivery of my items. They are now estimating 17 days before I see anything but I am not crossing my fingers. There is no direct line to customer service. There is chatbot in which I have to wait 1-2 days for a response and then it is generic and typically not helpful.

First one I order took a while but then the work around for that is that they have a Amazon store and it comes quickly when you order from them. The quality is fine I don't know what people are talking about. Also on amazon they dont have all styles so I did go back and order directly and it took two weeks. They are good with me just order a size up

The item took forever to get here and they are an probably an XL. I'm swimming in them. Unwearable. ordered four shirts.

Multiple cardigans ruined due to poor quality dye, even following wash instructions the dye leaked onto the white piping and has ruined it. Have written to customer service multiple times and been ignored. Not happy.

Yep, like others had said, it's not worth buying OXKNIT products. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before I began purchasing from them, and now I have about 8 of their shirts! And there has been something wrong with VIRTUALLY EVERY ITEM! I did not see the pattern early on, because the shirts actually hung in my closet for weeks or months before I even wore the first item. So it took a while for me to see the pattern of poor quality.

Just say no.

Bought these clothes for a birthday. They took almost 3 MONTHS to arrive. They denied me whenever I asked to cancel the order or refund me. To top it all off, once the package did arrive, the clothes were made of cheap Chinese garbage. DO NOT BUY!

Bad Support - Bad Products - Horrible Shipping

We received the order about a month later than we thought we would. When it finally did arrive it was the completely wrong order. Shipping was too expensive to return. So, we lost money and a cardigan.

I love the items

The item is unwearable. Poor pattern design (sizing completely off - regular body, sleeves way too short, neck far too wide)
Fabric exceptionally poor quality. I doubt it will last more than 3 washes.
Poor returns programme (offered for me to keep the item and receive a 15% refund + 10% discount coupon) or ship the item back at my own cost for a refund on just the product cost.
I really don't understand how this company is still in business

Cardigan did not have button holes but simply pressed through the fabric.

Their designs are a ripoff of other designers.
One look at Sugarhill Brighton and there you have it- the REAL designers (and doing fashion responsibly too!)
I’ll be giving my business to companies that treat designers and our planet with respect.

This are goods made and shipped from China, I regret to not reading some reviews first.
Clothes still falling after 3 days of use.
Won't bother to return, don't want to pay shiping back to China.

So many negative reviews. I should have check first before buying, I’ve been waiting on my sweater forever. Said it was shipped and I waited around for it to arrive never appeared, now there is a new shipping date if it doesn’t arrive in one week I will be doing a charge back with my CC company‼️

I love, love, love ALL the stuff I have had from you guys (4 cardigans so far, and I can't actually think what else, coz I'm online shopping all over the place! My orange cardy arrived yesterday, and am so happy with it - only thing is I'm only 5'4, so some of the cardys are a bit long, but never mind)!

Great quality, quick service, good prices.

Do NOT use this company. I would give zero stars. My item never came. They will not refund me!!!
