I’ve been using Oxwell for a few years now and overall the experience has been really solid.

Their Platinum HVA ad accounts have been great for us. The account quality is good, they’ve been reliable for scaling, and compared to a lot of other providers we’ve worked with, the experience has been much smoother.

The platform is simple to use as well. Top-ups are easy, managing accounts is straightforward, and there’s not much unnecessary back and forth.

Support has always been one of the biggest positives. Whenever we need help, more accounts, or run into an issue, the team is responsive and usually gets things sorted quickly.

We’ve worked with Oxwell for years for a reason. Really happy with the service, and their Platinum HVA accounts in particular have been great for our scaling.

Really good support team, they're reachable anytime. They listen to your business case and they try to help with other things even if not directly related to the ad accounts. So it feels good to have them as a partner.

Extremely pathetic experience - their ad acc was banned within a week. Costed us 2500 + USD within 3 days. These MF 'd also charge for top up fee + service fee + ad spend fee + monthly subscription fee. Zendrop 'd recommend you these guys - but dont go for it. They are new in the market & have a long way to know how to deliver customer service & act when customer is angry!!
