The jumpsuit is very cute. I just ordered the wrong size. I needed a large. For me it ran small. I am 5'3 and weigh 138 lbs. Small frame.

Ordered a golf dress it was a bit tight across the top they were incredible on the refund process… best return policy yet !! Thank you !!

I ordered a shirt on March 24th and still have v it received it; no tracking number available. I can’t find a way to contact this company . I want to cancel my order. I will never order from them again. The prices are very high

OYROSY is an absolute scam company out of China. I ordered and received a pair of overalls that did not fit and I did not like. After 27 emails back and forth I filed a claim with PayPal. The company contacted me and said that they would refund my $143.34 in full if I dropped the Paypal complaint. I dropped the complaint and sent them a picture of the dropped claim. They NEVER refunded me. They are a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. POOR QUALITY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Their clothes look nothing like the pictures. Buyer BEWARE!

I recently bought a pink leatherette off this sight, really worried as I have had really bad experiences with Emma and John and mridya but Oyrosy dress was gorgeous. Fit absolutely perfect, quality material, I got XS as I’m a 6 and it fit like a glove. I have received so many compliments.

Oyrosy clothing is amazing—stylish, comfortable, and great quality for the price. Everything I’ve ordered fits well and looks even better in person. Plus, their return process is super easy and hassle-free, which makes shopping with them even better. Highly recommend!

The clothes are beautiful, but it takes FOREVER to receive. If you need yourclothes for a specific date DON'T ORDER. You will most likely not get it in time. Customer service sucks too. You can only email to check on your status. One of my items took 3 months for me to get. This is the reason for the 3 stars .

I love their clothes. So high quality. I had an issue with the zipper on my last order and they are replacing it and I don’t have to send it back. It’s so nice to be able to return items so effortlessly.

Never recieved product and was unable to get my money refunded for an order of mor than $130 and emailed there email several times asking to return my money and they just kept saying for me to choose something else, so I just gave up because I kept telling them I did not want something else, I wanted my money back. Will never buy again and just wanted to alert others.

Ordered items that weren’t even in stock and was never notified. Instead of fixing it, they tried to make me buy something else. Customer service is nonexistent, no response via email or chat. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs DON’T DO IT!!!!!!

In response to your reply below…do you know how many times I have emailed you? I get an automatic reply to go to my account and only offers me an exchange. I have not received an acceptable response to date.

Per federal consumer protection laws, since you cannot fulfill my original order due to stock issues, I have a right to a full refund to my original payment method. I do not authorize a substitute item and requested on multiple occasions you refund my money.

Based on my experience, this company appears to operate like a scam.

I placed an order on April 5, 2026 for $160.11 and never received the items. There is no valid tracking or delivery confirmation, and customer support has not provided a proper solution.

I am now requesting a full refund and will proceed with a chargeback.

After reading many similar reviews from other customers, this does not seem like an isolated case.

I strongly recommend avoiding this store.

I ordered three dresses. I only received two. I would like to return the two and I can't find a courier company that will accept the address that I was given to do the return and there's no word on receiving any money for the third dress I did not get.

Unfortunately, I did not see reviews on this site! Absolutely horrible customer service! They charged my card twice!! they showed another of the exact same purchase delivered somewhere else so I could not get my money back!

WARNING! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered 3 items. After 2 months, only 1 item arrived. Quality was not what I expected for the price.
I reached out to ask about the other 2 items and was told they were "out of stock". Why did I have to reach out? I should have been contacted by the seller with this information.
I requested a refund for the 2 out of stock items MULTIPLE times but I keep getting auto-generated runaround emails in response.
They have essentially STOLEN hundreds of dollars from me. I will be reporting fraud on my credit card and highly recommend others in this situation to do the same.

The clothes looked and felt nothing like the model, the return policy is not intuitive, wish me luck on getting my money back, this was not cheap but definitely looks it!

Ordered a dress for my wedding. Very happy with quality. Needs an exchange as was a tad too big. Customer support was really helpful. Fully recommend this store.
