No pressure sales

So pleased both my wife and I wanted a jacuzzi to help with our medical problems . There was no pressure whats so ever ,we had all our questions answered and each model had all the pro,s and con,s told to us . We were going to get a 4person model but the sales person actually pointed out the smaller model is better for our needs . They did a survey before actual delivery to ensure everything was good . On delivery they arrived at 0930 and had to bring it up the whole garden length about 70yds but once in place wired it up and filled fairly quickly they explained all the safety and chemicals to me plus actually showing me how best go about it all .
It's been in about a month now and all has been fine we are so pleased . There is also a sort of club/ insurance you can join to cut down on repair cost and servicing of which I definitely be joining . A big thank you oyster both from my wife and myself

The buying experience was initially…

The buying experience was initially assuring, fitment great but everything that followed was beyond horrendous. Warranty claims are actively deflected and delayed (presumably as it doesn't pay as well as hot tub sales). So many faults with manufacturing of Jacuzzi hot tubs mean you will find flaws from months and years to follow. Every communication was complicated with claims iof email issues. OysterPools email you on a 'noreply' address so you cannot actively reply. I suspect they are still preferring phone calls but i work during the day and discussing hot tub issues is something i catch up on after 9-5. And worst yet, when warranty work is finally undertake, they invoice me for the work! and then ignore emails trying to remind them it was warranty. Two demands for payment later an apology but not interest to establish how these errors occur. I think all staff are designated to new sales and no one directly takes responsibility for customer service. Shame to say it but Hot Tubs last for near a decade so you got to avoid firms that fail like this.

Don’t bother go somewhere else

Bought a hot tub and added a Covana electric cover in 2017. Took 12 months for it to be fault free following installation. It stopped working last November and they cannot fix it! They have no idea what is wrong. Told us it is our fault for having it installed in the wrong place but they installed it! Happy to take your money and leave you high and dry.
