Started out great but ended with a bitter taste.
The company is one of the accredited installers of energy efficient HVAC systems who could tap into the various rebates. Started out great with site visit to determine installation and proposing a good system to suit our needs. The trades who arrived were also great. Finished up the work on time and in great fashion, taking care of the entire installation process. So why the 2 stars? As part of the agreed installation with payment made, there was supposed to be the delivery and installation of WiFi control units for the split system. With much ding donging around and promises that it will be delivered and installed, it has still not been done. Further requests to cancel and get a refund for the control units have hit a wall. It has been 1.5 months since initial installation and still no action from the company to deliver what has been invoiced. Or to initiate a refund. Definitely missed out on further opportunities as I no longer recommended them to people who really want to change their HVAC systems.
Update: company has refunded me after receiving negative reviews and therefore I have increased to 3 stars.
