Miscommunication

The information on the website was a bit misleading in terms of advice delivery times as compared with email advice from the office. I contacted the office to clarify this and managed to get delivery as per the advice on the website. Also when the unit was being installed I noticed the remote wall
Unit was missing so contacted the office and they arranged for courier delivery which was much appreciated.

It was easy

Ordered online not assembled option. Received on time. It was easy to put together and attach to unit. I can see it's working well as my plants are no longer being blasted with warm air. Looking forward to savings now that it's not drawing hot air

Pretty easy process. Would buy again.

Only downside was no initial contact after online order. I phoned 16 days later. Then your staff were most efficient and helpful. Collection of the unit was easy. The installation company was great, kept in touch with me for updates. The installer was excellent and friendly and the aircon works really well. I would purchase from you again.
