Appalling Company

I bought a hair dryer via Amazon from this company. It broke whilst still under warranty. As retailers they are responsible for this, yet failed repeatedly to respond to all contacts.

Ordered 2 items, received one, no refund

This company screwed me over years ago. I never left a review. Here it is. I ordered 2 x the same item and they only sent one. After contacting them they essentially told me I was lying and that they had sent 2. I asked them to check their warehouse/stock/packing cameras/anything to see that no, they only sent me one. Refused to refund. Owner's mum was the customer service. I asked her to pass my concern onto the owners and she responded with "Chris is aware of your emails". Two boys who have had some success and continue to screw people over with the with their lack of honesty and business acumen it seems.

Order with caution

Ordered an item….. got a tracking number….unable to track. Multiple emails….. no response. Had to ask PayPal to step in. PayPal refunded. No communication with the company at all. I’d personally avoid

Ordered an item

Ordered an item, was very shorty afterwards updated to dispatched with a tracking number. After a week still hadn’t been handed to courier. Had to file for a refund with PayPal. Should have read the reviews first.

Do not trust these people.

I ordered an item in error and immediatey cancelled and ordered a different model. I informed them immediately through a number of channels. I received both in the same box and was charged for both.
I have contacted at least 8 times within a week and had no reply.

Staggering arrogance and ineptitude!

Every so often you come across a company which absolutely staggers you with its arrogance and ineptitude. Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence, but when it does happen you are left wondering how on earth they get away with it! 

 I placed an order for some very simple items with them before Christmas. I got an acknowledgement of the order. No delivery was forthcoming. I emailed them several times to find out the status of the order. They did not even do me the courtesy of replying to any of my emails. Total radio silence! There was no communication from them whatsoever until this morning, around 20 days after I have placed the order, with a simple message that they had refunded my purchase. Staggering! No explanation. Nothing. Just an arrogant message to say they had refunded when no refund had been requested and no explanation whatsoever to say why they were unable to deliver.

This company has to be totally avoided when they can treat customers in this arrogant and offhand manner .

Never buy from this company

Never buy from this company. I ordered an electric toothbrush via Amazon which was faulty. I returned item as received, with tracking royal mail receipt. No refund, unable to contact by phone, ignored e mails. No refund received from this company.

No refund AND keeps your returned item!

I bought a Dreamland heat pad via their Amazon shop only to find areas of it didn't heat up. I returned the item and paid for a signed delivery but no reply from Ozaroo or refund was received so I requested Amazon step in. They confirmed it was received back and requested a refund for me, but now the refund has been refused for an unspecified reason. I have appealed the decision but given other reviews here, I'm doubting I will see either the money or the product again - how is this different to outright theft? UPDATED: Amazon refunded my money after I won my appeal, however my postage for return has not been returned despite the item being faulty. At no point did Ozaroo reply to my emails.

Sent a different and cheaper item than ordered and paid for

I ordered 12 Brita Maxtra+ water filters at £67.77 from this seller via Amazon Marketplace; they sent a different version of the filter, Brita All-In-One, which I had not ordered, and can be purchased on Amazon much cheaper for £48.99 for 12. When I tried to return the filters, I found that they are listed as 'not eligible for return'. This is dishonest selling - sending out goods which are different to those ordered, and which are cheaper than those paid for.
Unless you are happy with the risk of being ripped-off, avoid this seller!

Evades responsibility for consumers rights to replacement or repair of a faulty product

DO NOT buy from this company if you want to rely on consumer rights to replacement or repair of a faulty product.
Kettle developed fault within first year of purchase. Only means of contact was email address on Ozaroo's website. Emailed twice, and received no response.
My complaint is similar to those of the other 1 star reviews, so should be taken to Trading Standards.

Dishonest Cowboys

Good luck trying to get a refund from this terrible company. They denied receiving the product despite providing a signiture when it was sent bacc. Instead they dragged me through the mud for over a month hoping Id lost my receipts asking me to provide more and more information. Dishonest and disgusting behaviour by Ozaroo. In the end the two clowns who run this company were forced to give me a refund.

Faulty Kettle still under Guarantee

Bought electric kettle via Amazon. It went faulty under guarantee, saw purchase was registerd and filled in the on-line forms couple of months ago. Heard nothing since. Tried in vain to speak to someone at Ozaroo about it.

I bought a Severin toaster from them on…

I bought a Severin toaster from them on March 8th this year and today it stopped working just keeps tripping the electricity supply ! It comes with a two year guarantee. But i am unable to make contact with anyone at this company to sort this out . I am extremely frustrated with there service . Mr R Ouseley .

This company should be avoided…

This company should be avoided especially if you order something from them and you need to return or just have a problem….
They don’t answer messages you send and if you try and call them you will have many options on the automated answering service to choose from which in fact I have tried everyone of and still you will never get to speak to a person…they say if there’s a problem send us a message through whatever outlet you’ve ordered through and we’ll get back to you in x amount of hours but they never do…I’m owed a refund but I think I can kiss that goodbye unless maybe I involve my bank perhaps they’ll have better luck…STAY WELL CLEAR!!

NOW they're asking for details nearly a year later whats that all about and Trustpilot are saying if I don't reply then my review may not be genuine....

All my reviews are genuine...it's funny how they want details now, maybe if they'd replied to my emails or answered the phone when I tried contacting them in July 2023 then I wouldn't have had to write the review in the first place...

My Australian Order

My Order, the third with Ozaroo, was promptly processed and quickly passed to shipping for despatch. Whilst I have yet to actually receive my order with overseas despatch, there is confirmation of the package in transit for delivery in Aust within the next 4 business days. Great handling, thank you Ozaroo.
