Ordered a products for a friend as it…

Ordered a products for a friend as it has been discontinued and we found it online at oz chemist .com .. a win we thought … but decided to cancel order same day as found the product in a local pharmacy and at a cheaper price .. emailed to cancel order that same day as placing the order and have received no reply and money was debited from my account. Went it website , tried calling phone number listed and got the message to check the number and try again !!! Further emails sent and still no response, 10 days after initially placing / cancelling order .. dodgy company and very poor customer service - actually no customer service at all !! Will be following this up
