Bought the items on 1st June, received today (20 June), with 3 x incorrect products. Waste of time I could have been these from down the shops and saved myself 20 days and $13. I was VERY close to doing a charge back to my bank and they finally sent something. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I thought I was safe in buying from a com.au site. But there was no Australian Business Number, nor a phone contact. Oz Cosmetics took my AUD 164 18 days ago and sent a false Australia Post tracking number. Apparently, my skincare arrived at an Aramex courier depot 8 days ago. They made me call them twice. I reached workers with poor functional English; neither organised delivery to me. Now I must call the courier a 3rd time. Meanwhile, Sara of Oz Cosmetics Sales threatens to return the parcel at my cost. My rating is zero: 1 star is too high.

SCAM, DO NOT BUY!!! Customer service didn’t reply when my package was never delivered and asked for a refund after months of receiving NOTHING since the package was “lost”.

When buying a product, Brazillian rullings made my order difficult to get here. OZ team promptly found an acceptable option, and kept me informed all the time. Price was also the best. I've just received a genuine sealed product, and couldn't be more satisfied.

Such a wonderful customer service...they user friendly iam their valuable customer for almost 4yrs .... I don't know y these people giving one star reviews... If there is a damage in product r any delay r out of stock product frm their side they will make a alternative possibility on the very next day of the issue.... Sara u r sooo down to earth with customer thank uuu ...i will continue ordering in ozzzz my fav online store

Would not touch this company wish I'd read reviews before received my hourglass curator it was dried up half empty ....Up date on my review oz cosmetic refunded my money with apologie & are going to look into it great costume service well done 👏

The website presents as if it is in your country but it is not, everything is shipped from Hong Kong, I don't trust products that those are real brand products. I believe this place sells counterfeit items.

Do not order from this company. The website presents as if it is in your country but it is not, everything is shipped from Singapore, which would be fine if you are expecting it to take a month and then the tracking does not show where it was shipped to? The address? The post office? And they can’t tell you, they just keep saying it’s been “delivered”. The best suggestion they have is go to the post office….. don’t do it. You “may” get your package but you’ll have to go all over town to track it down. Poor service and they actually fight with you, they don’t resolve anything.

Don't order from this company. I ordered a retinol 4 weeks ago, and it has yet to arrive. It took weeks, just to leave the post office in the country it was sent from, and has been sitting in customs in my country for a week now. Still no delivery. Customer service with this company is mediocre to poor, and there is no contact telephone number to speak with a live customer service representative.

This the worst case I have been true, 1 Month since I order it with Payment, and no shipping no money back.
Please do not trust this company,
I am sending emails requesting information and they are just sorry about it! I request the money back, and no answer !!!!

I ordered a product way in advance as the arrival date of it was crucial. It took this company for no apparent reason(of course they love to blame on covid...) 13 days!!!!!just to actually go to the post and send my package. It’s nowhere to be seen yet and of course will not even arrive on time. Literally the worst ever experience, really just use someone else and save yourself the trouble.

Everything ok. Netherlands-Italy in 15 days since shipped. (as promised )

The delivery was a little delayed but I received an amazing customer support. Was constantly updated, they gave me advice and always replied to my emails.
They demonstrated me I could trust they would help always.
Will buy from them again for sure.

In my experience, Oz cosmetics is terrible. They have several domains like .mx to make you think its a mexican page or .us to make you think it is an American one and the reality is that their products are shipped via Singapore and Hong Kong through their local post service which is terrible. I bought an eye cream in January the 10th. Today it's march 1st and still no news from my product and they just keep answering that their shipments are late because of covid. Yes, I understand a week late. Maybe two. But we are talking about months.
They are a damn joke.

I received a mail from oz cosmetics asking me to delete or modify my review. I will modify it only to clarify that I did receive my product 2 days ago... That's two months after my purchase.
It was in good conditions, and well packed, but I am still upset about the long delay. They should use more efficient mail carriers like ups or fedex to avoid this problems.

This website is excellent. I have used it for about 5 years and have never had any problems. The products I order are not stocked in department stores like Myer - discontinued line - so this option was suggested. One of my better decisions.

Ordered 3 times already. Great selection, slightly cheaper prices, nice packaging. Took about 10 days for delivery to Switzerland.

my product was out of stock and Oz Cosmetics issued my refund to paypal immediately.
efficient service and i will definitely use this company after having not so good service in the past from others
