I ordered and paid (apparently) via the app with Apple Pay (x2) for food and the restaurant never received the order. Ozfoodhunter did not disclose to me that it does not accept payment by Apple Pay. Indeed it has misrepresented that it does. Avoid this awful ‘service’ at all costs and order directly with the restaurant. 0

This website is a complete scam. Restaurant had no record of our order- reporting to fair trading.

Restaurant had no knowledge of the order and confirmed that they do not use this site as a platform. It appears to have been fraudulently added to their Google Maps entry.

This is a SCAM. We ordered $65 worth of food and the restaurant had no knowledge of the order or this service. I sent a message to the ozfoodhunter through their website and no one responded.

I definitely do not recommend. I made an order through to a local restaurant. Was charged but the food never arrived. Tried calling and couldn’t get through. I emailed and no follow up.

placed an order worth $150 that did not get to the restaurant. Phone contact did not work but I was called back by a call agency to apologise.

Definitely a scam. We have just paid $70 for local Indian restaurant. When we got there we were advised they only used Menulog.

Scam beware - DO NOT USE!!! Not a legitimate app ordering store - will just take your money and receive no food. Call centre does not work, just hangs up after 5 mins.

I have been ordering in Ozfoodhunter since 2017 and I like the service and the offers they provide. I totally recommend using compared to Menulog or other...

Expensive. Exact same online Thai delivery order with Menulog around $30 cheaper.

Seems like a scam. 2 hours and no delivery. Have launched a dispute through PayPal. Very glad I didn't give them my credit card details directly.

Either this app/service is a scam, or possibly a call center hiding behind an app. I ordered food, and was told the restaurant I ordered from was closed, and couldn't take my order. This was absolutely rubbish.
They offered to order from another similar restaurant, in a totally different suburb. I reluctantly agreed. Thankfully the food arrived, but very very late.
Never again... stick with Uber Eats, or Menu Log.

Very good and excellent customer service if at all one faces any issues with an order!

I am using the OzfoodHunter App for the past 6 months. It has sometimes some minor technical issues but other than that it is very user friendly app and they also provide offers. My overall experience is good. I should recommend this app for all.

Oh btw - smaller issue - they don't unsubscribe from emails when you select unsubscribe.But more importantly:
THIEVES. CROOKS. SYSTEM STUFFED UP ORDER TWICE. NO REFUND WHEN REQUESTED.

Good website & app easy to use. It was quick and the nest part was it told me when my meal would be ready with a text message & call. Great service.

Good services! I order from this company through online I got some problem while ordering after I called them then they are saying that problem from PayPal server so your money will be refunded within a week. Now I got my money back with discount voucher code with 10% Off.

I ordered through this company via paypal. I was almost immediately contacted by phone to say there had been an error with my payment and i would received a refund within 24 hours. I followed up 2 days later when no refund received, and promised there had been another "error" in processing my payment and promised that i would receive the refund (again within 24 hours). Another 2 days go by, no refund. I contacted this company again to be advised that someone would contact me within 30 minutes. Weeks later I am still waiting. I have tried to phone the number used and now no answer. I have escalated this issue to paypal to see if i can receive my $94.50 back. Do not order through this site!
