I am going to put the item in my garage or dump it - it is not usable for human beings. I lodged a complaint to NSW Fair Trading - useless as well, they left me on my own with these bastards. Government does not care that hazardous products are shipped to Australia.

I tried to ask more questions and there were no responses and the person on the phone sounded completely computerized. Having read other reviews I'm not at all keen to purchase with them.

Deplorable customer service with poorest quality
Oz Home Hub is not capable of doing business in Australia, so unless you don't mind waiting over 3 months for absolute junk then a avoid this supplier. What was advertised as "constructed from quality wood" is the worst veneered chipboard I have ever seen. And even if you can turn a blind eye to the rough unfinished packing standard ply drawer liners, then good luck trying to assemble this because the complex instructions are completely in a Chinese. Don't do it.

This company are dishonest - do not order from them
This company are scammers. We ordered bar stools -28th December last year and they arrived last week in damaged packing. The web site description was not accurate. We thought they were for children when they arrived. So small and flimsy. Tried to return them and get our money back as they are unsuitable for us- but this seems impossible and unlikely. Doubtful if the stools comply with Australian standards. Contacting this company is impossible - no actual person seems to be employed, no answers to emails, or texts, and they fail to return calls or make contact. We have learned a very nasty lesson through this experience.

Long delays
It took 2 and half months to receive a room divider. Frustrating emails with no definite delivery date.
Eventually received it and fairly satisfied, even though overpriced for what it is. I personally think, this company takes orders, then gets goods made in China, hence the delays. There was a Chinese sticker on the box.
I usually only order items that take PayPal so at least there's some support.

Paid $1300 - still no bed, still no response. Excitement turned to disappointment
My daughter purchased a bed from this company for $1,300 — money she worked incredibly hard to save. In the beginning, communication was prompt and reassuring. However, once payment was made, everything changed. Emails and follow-ups asking for an update on delivery have gone completely unanswered.
To this day, she still hasn’t received the bed she paid for. She made payment on 25th September 2025
This has been especially upsetting because this is her first time moving out of home. Instead of being an exciting milestone, it’s become stressful and disappointing. She is currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor because she simply can’t afford to replace what she has already paid for.
It’s not just about the money — it’s about the feeling of being ignored and taken advantage of. As a parent, it’s very hard to watch her go through this, feeling embarrassed and unsure of what to do next.
I truly hope the company will see this review and choose to do the right thing by refunding her money or resolving the situation properly. It would go a long way in restoring some faith and trust.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience, took 3 months to get the item, which is a bedroom dresser, unpacked everything in our bedroom to find out there were no instructions, tried contacting them about it got told to scan a QR code which we did that need a password and user name which we did not have. Then got sent a link with a video of how to install. The video was a completely different dresser looked nothing like what we have and the whole thing was in Chinese. Again went back to them to ask what the go is and they tell us there in no instructions for the item we had bought.
Still no resolution, trying to sort it out as we speak but would never buy again from them

Disgusting service. This place is a SCAM, I ordered two vanities from them (which costed me over $1500). I waited for my package, for TWO MONTHS and heard nothing from them, so I emailed them asking for any updates. They then told me that it’s still in customs, so then I asked for a refund. And suddenly, the package was shipped the next day. When I got the package, it wasn’t even what I ordered, and I received two really low and poor quality bed side tables. I then returned it to them after multiple calls and emails. I waited TWO WEEKS for a refund, so I decided to call them and they were persistent that only the manager could process a refund. I emailed them multiple times and heard nothing back regarding a refund. So I took this matter further and contacted the bank, and will definitely be taking legal actions against this sketchy business. Absolutely disgusting. If I can rate this place 0 stars I would, one star is too much for them.

If I could give them less then 1 star I would. Everyone who has given them 1 star, is absolutely 💯% right. Very very bad service, the products are not what they say or look. Quality is very cheap, not solid wood, comes in pieces with no instructions and you dont have everything to assemble the pieces. Of the three items ordered, I only received 2 of the items, and they were damaged. Has taken nearly 6 months from the time of the order and still no resolution.
