Worst company ever, scammers that U mainly deal with out of India etc

ZERO STAR as this is fraud Ozone Group. please do not invest. So many cases going on from thousands of existing customers. Please do not fall for any promises by any of their sales person.

This is a builder in India. This is not the Ozone Group in UK.

Very very disappointed with ozone group. We booked an apartment with Raheja group in Pebble bay in Koramaangala in 2016 which was later taken over by Ozone Group in 2019. Since then we have been struggling to get back our own hard earned money that was invested. In spite of constant efforts from our group of investors who invested in this project, Ozone has not been able to refund he amount to any of us. This is unreasonable from a builder like Ozone. They have lost their credibility by doing this. Please be aware of this before investing in their projects.

I recently purchased a flat in Ozone Urbana. Amenities are great inside the premises. It is neatly maintained and good number of security staffs are managing the place. The place is very filled with greenery and it will definitely give you a joy for morning and evening walks.

We purchased our first home last month. Thank you Ozone Group. Great community and it is extremely well maintained. It has all the lastes amenities and has a very strong and safe security team.

This company is a fraud. Do not do any business with them. They have taken my money and not paid it back as my property did not go through. It has been 4 years and still no answers. They constantly lie about returning, FRAUDULENT Behaviour. Companies like this give India a very bad reputation. Do not trust them!!!!

This company is a fruad. They have taken money from investors in the uk and not paid it back per their contracts. They constantly lie about returning it and on top of that, investors theyn have to pay interest on loans with a bank that they work with!!! FRAUDULENT Behaviour. Companies like this damage India's reputation and the govt needs to regulate them much better.

I was looking for some good apartment Builders in Bangalore, specially, builders and developers in Devanahalli. Then I heard the name of Ozone Group. They had some ongoing projects going on at Devanahalli. From the very first communication over the phone, Ozone Group’s executives impressed me. I went to Devanahalli to see ongoing constructions. I liked the construction of the rooms. Also, their project had basic amenities. The advanced booking price and the total price of the flat were reasonable. I wasted no time to book the flat. And right now I am living there with my family. I think, Ozone Group has earned a good reputation and their apartments are really luxurious.
