SAME ISSUE AS EVERYONE PLACED A LIVE BET ON PORTLAND VS PHOENIX NBA AT +5.5 AND +5. I checked my bets later and why did I see -8 and -5. This is honestly in my 18 years of betting the most obvious manipulation tactic to incur loses Ive ever seen. THEY ARE NOT UNDER iGaming and under very loose and nonexistant Curacao Gaming Authority which allows its operators to commit fraud openly. Serch Google as the orginal site was banished from Manitoba for QUESTIONABLE PRACTISES. STAY FAR AWAY THIS BOOK IS NO GOOD. TRUST THE REVIEWS

I am a verified player from Toronto, Ontario, reporting a serious breach of trust and licensing regulations by Ozoon.eu (Rocketship Ventures S.R.L.).

The operator is currently withholding a balance of $3,600 CAD based on a "VPN/Proxy" flag that is demonstrably false. Despite my willingness to provide a valid Ontario Driver’s License and residential internet utility bills, the operator refuses to release my funds or provide technical evidence to substantiate their claim.

Key Issues for Potential Players:
• Regulatory Silence: The operator has ignored a 7-day resolution window issued by their own advisory group, Differentia Licensing Advisory Group (DLAG), on March 26th.
• Predatory Tactics: My cash balance was moved to a "Bonus" category with an expiration timer while the dispute was active—a clear attempt to drain funds before a ruling can be made.
• Licensing Escalation: This matter has been formally escalated to the Tobique Gaming Commission (TGC), the Neqotkuk Chief and Council, and the Isle of Man headquarters of DLAG Global.

I have also initiated reports with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC) and Interac Corp regarding the fraudulent withholding of winnings from a Canadian resident.

Avoid this site until they honor their licensing obligations and return my $3,600 balance.

I lost money 3 times due to DOCTORING odds after placement and when I screen shot the entire incident for the 4th time and asked for my back- They perked me around and blamed AI and asked me be bet carefully.

Ive been with Bodog for 10 years and this NEVER happened. But got doctored 4 bets within 2 months after OZOON bought it off.

Its a crime to let these slimy guys slide. Hoping Ontario gambling association will take action.

Garbage website now. Seems like even more glitches. Bet limits reduced. Tier level lowered. Bonuses suck and rollovers have increased. Didn't improve for the better. Better options out there. Complete trash now.

Caught them shifting lines after bet confirmation with screenshots. My bet would be confirmed at one number and then i look in my transactions its booked a point in the house favour.. So for nba player prop unders they bring it down a point. For overs they raise it up a point or two... I have screenshots to prove!!!

Customer Service diidn't have the power to resolve.

They blocked my account after winning and refused to refund my original balance or let me withdrawal anything.

I would avoid at all cost and use something more trustworthy

Absolute scam. Once bodog rebranded to ozoon me and many of my peers had winning bets voided due to - past post reasons that went as far back as 4 weeks. They then kept all the same losing bets on those same games as losses. When I tried to contact support they locked my account for verification and then said I was now outside of a regulated area and they were permanently disabling my account effectively robbing me of thousands.

Going from Bodog to ozoon is by far the worst decision I have ever seen. The bonuses that used to be decent have turned to a pile of garbage on fire with almost 0 chance of winning anything back. Not to mention it is impossible to live bet anything. Try to add something to the bet slip? Only takes at least 5 minutes to load which makes it impossible to catch a decent live line. I don’t know what this company was thinking but I’ve never seen such a horrible changeover in my life. Very disappointing after over 5 years of trusting a website to see it turn out like this.

Bodog was a decent site with occasional good bonuses. Now the bonuses they offer have a 12x rollover (deposit + bonus). So a 100% match up to 100, would require $2400 in bets. Terrible, as it used to be 5x. The lines shown on the site vs what appears when you click, are also often different. Very sketchy practices. I no longer trust this site like I did with bodog.

I 💯 agree with both of these previous reviews. I’ve used Bodog for more than a decade and have bet over $150k on their site. As soon as it switched to Ozoon, everything changed. Most of my CBB best are alt line straight bets .within the first 2 days I made about 15 different bets . On 4 of my bets , AFTER, placing them and seeing the bet receipt the line literally changed! When I looked in my open bets tab the bet was there but had changed by 2 points in the books favour. And this was NOT a line change that happened right before submitting a bet , or if it was I definitely did not agree to the change and place the bet . Customer service says it isn’t possible, but I literally took a picture the 2nd time (of the receipt right after betting) and the line was different then what was in my open wagers. I’m completely done with this bs site now , on top of everything else the rewards system has changed and all the bonuses are set to12x rollover now vs 5x with Bodog and I'm at the highest VIP level lol! Scam site , out to get your money , stay away from this garbage site , much better options out there.

I have played on professional platforms like Bet365 and Sports Interaction (SIA) for years. On those sites, safety protocols are ironclad and automated. If you ask for help, they protect you. Ozoon is the exact opposite. They are a predatory operation that prioritizes deposit volume over human safety.

The Facts:
On Feb 8, 2026, I requested immediate self-exclusion due to vulnerability. Simultaneously, I attempted to withdraw $108,000.00 CAD. Instead of protecting me, Ozoon’s agents manually intervened to DECLINE my withdrawal while leaving my account wide open to play. I have the forensic .eml server headers proving they received my safety request before the funds were lost.

The Admitted Failure:
I have a recorded admission from a senior manager ("Stefan") stating that their geofencing and safety sync protocols are non-functional. They are launching this brand while knowingly operating with "Asymmetric Friction"—they make it instantaneous to deposit, but utilize manual "technical errors" to prevent you from taking your money out when you’re at your most vulnerable.

Predatory Tactics:
While my safety request was being ignored, they had the audacity to target me with VIP Marketing on Feb 11th. This is not a "glitch"; it is a systemic failure of their Duty of Care.

I have already filed a formal Licensee Compliance Breach with the CGA. If you value your money and your mental health, do not follow the Bodog rebrand. Stick to reputable, licensed sites that actually follow the law. Ozoon is a house of cards.
