Bought a usb to store my photos worked once now it doesn't work. Only worked once. Has this stupid connect on it and almost falls of.

Ordered plant stand, didn't receive all parts. No wheels or anything to join the pots together. Emailed them three times ....no response

Terrible service. Misleading advertising and refuse refunds. Now called "Brilliantaussies" They probably changed their name due to their bad reputation.DO NOT BUY from them. They dropship so they don't even see the products they sell. Don't waste your time or money with these criminals.

Purchased a fruit picker for nearly $100. They neglected to include the screws that fasten the catch basket to the pole. Shabby work so said I’d return it for a refund and they offered me another one incl the screws for the former and the replacement. Got the replacement picker with a tiny single screw that doesn’t even fit. Dreadful company that I’d never recommend to anyone. 4 weeks on still haven’t managed to pick a single piece of fruit with it!! A bunch of Deadbeats.

I Bought a portable printer but it didn’t work the way I thought and I read the instructions to send it back and it stated that I had 14 days to return it. I had to request an address so I had sent my email but they wanted videos and pictures. I didn’t think it was necessary as there wasn’t anything wrong with the printer, it just wasn’t what I wanted. I received an email back stating that there was a “policy” about electronics??? I read and highlighted their T&C’s and emailed it to them as it very CLEARLY states that there is a money back guarantee and basically it’s risk free! We went back and forth but in the end I didn’t receive a return address or refund. Don’t be fooled by this company.

I was missing parts from an order. The company responded very quickly to my complaint and I have received the missing parts. Happy customer.

I was severely misled by their ad and opted to purchase the ice blanket .I receive it crumpled in plastic bags like a round ball .it was not at all as it was described .I asked for my money back ,guess what ?

What a sham! Ordered something over 3 weeks ago never arrived. Fast free delivery is more like NO DELIVERY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They sent me a replacement for my damaged titanium cutting board. However, this one also arrived damaged twisted at one corner. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The problem is you can only email. There is no phone number to ring. I have asked for a refund, as I do not want a replacement for my damaged replacement. This is all so time consuming, and I STILL do not have a usable cutting board. Their problem is they do not pack the goods in cardboard, but in flimsy plastic. I have received beauty products packed better than this! I think the product is of inferior quality. I am going to end up spending more than I really want to- but on a superior product from another company. 😔

I am a health practitioner and recently purchased Near Infrared - Red Light Therapy Panel advertised as L600 23.6 inch x 11.8 inch and received a panel measuring 10 inch x 3.2 inch. I contacted customer service several times. They requested a video to confirm my purchase. They then informed that it was a typo on the website.
The website information remains unchanged to this day. But the price has been reduced.
I supported them as a local business but obviously it is very shoddy business.

There should be someway to keep people like this accountable for false claims.

Refund policy states that a change of mind return can be made within 14 days. Product quality is shockingly low, no suction made from cheap plastics. LED light is not present.

I emailed requesting to return a Dust Vacuum as it was nothing special compared to my Dyson and they are refusing to refund me.

I have emailed back and forth 20 times and they have excuse after excuse.

First they wanted me to take a video of why I didn't want the item. Then they offered a 30% refund, and now they're saying no refund as it's been opened and used! The item has not been used, only turned on to see the suction level then again for the video they requested. I will be reporting to them to the relevant Ombudsman.

Steer clear!!!

Oz Supplyz Australia is how they represent themselves but it’s a .com email. Had the unfortunate experience of buying a grounding sheet. Ordered a queen with the right measurements but it was too small when it arrived.measured it against my other sheets and it was smaller. I would have taken ann exchange for a bigger one but Initially was refused exchange or a refund for “hygiene reasons” but it hadn’t been used because it didn’t fit the bed. Advised that I would be stopping the Afterpay payments if the continued to ignore me. After a few weeks the agreed to take it back. By then I wasn’t interested in dealing with them anymore. It cost $25 to post it back then they charged me 15% restocking fee so it still cost me over $50 for an item that was not as described. Interesting their ads for those sheets have now disappeared. Bad service and unacceptable practice.

In July I purchased the HighSprayX-Cordless Gun (Pressure cleaner). I also added the Priority Processing as well as Shipping Protection at extra cost.

The item arrived damaged. The shipping satchel was torn, and there was damage to the product case, and a number of the components inside.

I contacted Ozsupplyz to request a replacement or a full refund, as well as a return satchel for the damaged item. The best they could come up with was to offer a $10 discount (on a $127 transaction) for a product that was unusable for its purpose.

My bank reversed the transaction temporarily, but in the intervening months Ozsupplyz have somehow convinced Mastercard to block that. Ozsupplyz will also not respond to my emails, so I am stuck with a damaged product and no further recourse.

This is a company who just want to sell stuff and not listen to their customers. They cannot be trusted.
