Extremely Unhelpful

I have anxiety and going to large events alone is extremely challenging for me, so when my all-time fav band came to town I asked one of my friends who helps me in these situations to attend with me. Through a mix up my friend failed to acquire a ticket.
My wife reached out to Oztix to explain the situation and ask if we could move the ticket to the Sunday show as my show was sold out, but Sunday had tickets still and my friend could attend with me so I could actually go.

Oztix's response was no, they have people on the waitlist for the sold-out show and I will be bringing more people, or in Oztix speak more $$$ I just need to switch the night, and still no. So now it's no show for me, we can't afford another ticket so it's just over. Thanks for literally nothing Oztix
