Easy to order reasonable priced were shipped very protected n were fully intact on arrival

I wouldn't give any but couldn't write review otherwise!
Misleading information in their ads, not UK based, odour remover unsuitable for use in occupied homes! Customer service non existent. Basically a sham outfit peddling shoddy goods and utterly untrustworthy.

Double the price of smokemart, won't be returning.

Rip off business take money and don't send anything

Firstly paid extra for express shipping and it arrived 10 days later with the items damaged. Still waiting for a replacement and over a month later, no response from Ryan Willats. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from here.
Many other sites out there.

Why is the person who own the shop giving himself a 5 star review on his own page. I had to delete my good review after i was conned out of my money by being sent moldy wet tobacco and then being replaced with a very poor smelly wet tobacco.

Wet tobacco, only get %60 of you are smart enough to dry it, if you don't you get %0 because it goes to mould, if you don't pay for express postage it goes to mould. Disgusting, tastes/smells like it was cured in cow manure. Bloody criminal!
