Fantastic chairs although had an issue with the chair carry bag breaking.
Ozzi gear promptly replied to my email and replaced bag.

We had a minor issue with one chair canopy. Ozzi gear was quick to respond and agreed to ship us the canopy. We could not be happier. These chairs are amazing. Our purchase was to provide us an opportunity to rest while we travel the Mediterranean this fall.

I bought a couple of chairs from Ozzie a few years ago, while away on holidays in June I discovered one was missing a bolt. I email them to ask about replacement bolts and I’m getting a new chair instead. I was only asking for help not expecting to get a new chair out of it.
Will tell others to get these chairs with that sort of customer support.

I ordered two chairs for a trip, and when they didn't come in time, I found a chair bought in France that turned out to be much lighter and easier to assemble than the ones from Ozzi Gear. The effort to return was painful to say the least. They put so many barriers in the way - including forcing me to pay to send them back to AUSTRALIA - even though they have a warehouse in the UK. They take up to a week to get back to every email, and it took nearly a month from asking to return to getting my refund. I must have emailed them at least 20 times, and they even disputed that the chairs had been returned, even though I had forwarded a notification from the delivery company. Shocking customer service. Really bad experience.

This company is a scammed, even though I’ve bought x2 chairs from them. Well they wanted to fooled you by giving them good ratings and a video clip for exchange for a chair. You would hope so lol

Please people, buy from another company that does a similar product. I bought 2 of these chairs, my partner found that they are very uncomfortable, digging into her upper arms and thighs.
I have had to jump through hoops to get a return instigated. I have had to send photographs to prove the chair has not been used and all packaging etc was complete.
Eventually, I got an address to return the chair to and looking on google earth, this appears to be a private dwelling. The chair has to be returned to Australia at customer expense.
I would say the way company run their return policy makes it untenable, cost prohibitive to do a return. This is underhand and misleading as nowhere does it say returns will have to be to Australia.
I would recommend people contact their trading standards with their issues as this is the only way to stop this kind of company. We need to get Trading Standards to stop them trading in the UK.
I wish that I had read these reviews before making a purchase.

On your return page you should state CLEARLY that returns will be to Australia to make your potential buyers aware of the costs if they do want to make a return. However, you do not do this. I think it because a lot of potential buyers would be put off if this information was provided upfront. I know for sure, I would have been. With distance selling and no opportunity to try before I buy, I always ensure I can return an item and am happy to do this as the cost is reasonable to do so. The expense to return this item to Australia is far too costly and probably negates more than half of any refund that may be paid. Please add the advice about returning to Australia and I will stop trying to let everyone know myself.

Bought 2 Ozzie chairs to use at Silverstone Grand Prix. Day three if 4 noticed the stitches coming away on both sides of the seat on my chair. Immediately reported to Ozzie customer support. They immediately responded apologised and sent a new canopy with video instructions on how to fit. All good now can only assume a fault at manufacturing.

I love how easily you can transport it around a venue. It's easy to set up and carry in is bag. It is not great for sitting on slopes but I have not found any chair that is good for that.

Product is great quality and lives up to the hype. It's very easy to set up and put away. Its compact size means I can carry the chair anywhere and as it's discreet and convenient. Great value!

Some of the best quality and comfortable chairs, I have binned all other ones these are so convenient camp chair and lounger, great for long day in the glens of the Scottish highlands birds watching or out deer stalking ,wonderful products
Fantastic company to deal with. Great product, lifetime warranty on the product. Very light, compact and portable. Effortless to put up.and so comfortable use elderly owners can fall a sleep in the loungers more than 100% recommended!

Ordered 2 chairs, live in Canada. I am short, front of chair hit me in hamstrings. Partner found sides of chair dug into his sides, he is not that big a guy. Oh yeah, even on flat, firm floor, chair is wobbly. Not the comfortable sit guaranteed in marketing ads. Could return according to Ozzi team, but cost of shipping more than refund. Moral of story: if you live in the northern hemisphere, don’t chance it because even though Ozzi Gear ships internationally, they have made no arrangements for overseas online clients to return product easily or economically. Be aware, be sure, think twice!

The order was promptly dispatched. Communication was excellent. Order arrived, unfortunately one chair was faulty, contacted Ozzi Gear, they replied promptly and a replacement sent. Impressed with the product, light, compact, comfortable.

Bought two loungers after already having two smaller chairs. Unfortunately one of the plastic buckles snapped when we first set it up. Ozzie Gear were brilliant,apologised for the breakages and are sending a replacement chair canopy under warranty. Excellent,prompt,polite customer service, which was greatly appreciated. The chairs are amazing too hence our purchases.

Definitely a lot more comfortable than other chairs claiming to be comfortable and folding. Very easy to use - 20 seconds from packed to sitting on it. One chair developed a problem and they send a replacement free with no quibbles and an apology. Good product and good customer service.

Exactly as described, lightweight yet sturdy, comfortable and easily set up and put away, bit of a tight fit in the bag but thats probably me. Overall, well pleased with the chair as its perfect for my needs and much better

Took roughly a week to arrive to the UK to my address, but! worth the wait, very good quality chairs that pack up small and weigh only 1.7KG, small and light enough to put into a top box or strap onto a motorcycle.
As bikers we like to do little day trips out with drinks and some food, the Ozzi chairs are strong small and ideal to carry on the bike so we have a comfortable seat too chill out and enjoy the scenery before packing up and going home.
If you want a strong, light and a quick chair to put up and collapse, I would recommend the Ozzi chair as its top notch!!

Hi Peter we used the Ozzie chair at Cadstock music festival Sunday it was so easy to carry and put up and very comfortable. I bought it because I have mobility issues and needed something easy to take with me as the weight and awkward size of other chairs would be too restrictive but don’t have any footage because we received your email after the event - it’s so easy to put up and really comfortable and I’m a larger lady I can send a video from home but wanted to show that it has been used for an event

They are so light, stable and comfortable and just what I need for my fishing trips. The mechanism to set up the chair is simple and sturdy. I really wish I had Ozzi chairs before.
