Ordered their smallest camping chair , a bit surprised at the weight of it but ok set it up and immediately found it was impossible to get into beings as it was very low and even more difficult to get out of beings as there is no where to grip the only way was to tip it over and crawl out. It was also very uncomfortable to sit in. The no quibble return is a joke as one has to film every aspect of the item including the packaging and feet . The packaging has been disposed of so that’s it one has to return it in it’s original packaging obviously every obstruction in place to deter a return.Reading their advertising an 80 year old was asked is the chair suitable for him to get in and out of their reply was like everything else is over the top saying yes of course it is very suitable ..l can prove it’s not.
So l have wasted £80 dealing with a company who hold all the cards to deter the customer feeling valued. Everything is on their terms or no deal.

Awesome chair and well made. It actually does what it says on the tin. Worth the money for sure.

I bought two chairs and the first went together fine but the second chair was impossible to assemble. The part where you put the extension into the back fabric and pull would not happen even when my son who is an avid camper and young and strong tried. After many attempts we finally got it set up but we were not impressed with the difficulty of set up of this chair.
Because the first chair set up well it was something wrong with the second chair and I was very disappointed because I gave it to my son as a birthday gift and he lives in Canada and it was going home with him so cannot return it.
Frankly before packaging the chairs they should be set up to check they are fine.
I could not recommend them with this failure.

I ordered the lounger chair as I wanted something comfortable I could take out for the day . It was a long time coming but I have found it too difficult to put back in the bag. It is likely to be really well made but I’ve found it so hard to put away I haven’t taken it out. It was expensive so I asked for a refund and have been told because I used a discount code I can’t have a refund. I’m so disappointed. Don’t buy if you aren’t strong enough. It would be fine for someone strong and healthy

I’ve paid £277.00 18 days ago with no details from Ozzie gear as to where my 2x lounge chair order is, they keep sending me marketing emails trying to sell more product but please understand this becomes annoying when they don’t send any updates for the order I have made and paid for ! It's now 12 working days and 18 days since I paid for my order! They now tell me after I emailed them asking for an update, the Lounger is out of stock and their warehouse will confirm delivery details this week. They sold me a product that was out of stock and didn’t tell me there will be a delay but they were happy to take my money, I hope they improve their communication with existing customers. It feels like their sales department don’t know what their warehouse is doing, I feel their warehouse is letting them down ! After not hearing or seeing any email about my order felt like they could be a scam.

False and misleading advertising

We purchased two chairs and are somewhat happy with them. Our issue is with their clear false and misleading advertising. They clearly said that if we took a video and sent it to them they would send a free chair, no questions asked no hassles. This couldn’t be further from the truth and they have stalled and made up new rules as they’ve gone along. A total scam company and their advertised number is disconnected. Seems very much like an overseas company using the good name of Australia.

Ozzi gear chairs are simple to put together elegant very comfortable and even sturdy in the snow and -20C while watching ice canoe races for 4 hours ! Love them The service was quick in delivery and I live the carrying case Great company

These are good, sturdy chairs. Compact, easy to assemble after a couple of goes (takes a couple of cycles to loosen up the mechanism on the back struts). They arent the cheapest, but thats what gives me the confidence that they will last longer - they arent made with the cheapest material or are the cheapest design. So far so good!

Good sturdy chair which gives much more support than the typical camping chair - a good choice for those of us with a few more years under our belts!

Very convenient. We took them to the beach for our first go, and they were fantastic. Comfortable, and so convenient to carry & pack away. The longer legs at the back need a bit of arm strength to lock in place at the moment but I'm sure that will get easier with use.

My wife recently bought me an Ozzi Gear chair and I absolutely love it. I love hiking but I'm getting on a bit and these days I need a chair rather than sitting on the ground. My previous folding chair weighed a ton and wasn't really easy to use. This one is small, light and easy to carry. It's easy to set up - even with my arthritic hands -but it's also really sturdy. Most of all it's really comfortable.

Small in size, but big on rapid setup, comfort and ease of use. Purchase was quick process and support was spot on.

I love my Ozzi Gear Loungers. They compact up nice and small in their own carrying pouch, not taking up much space. They are lightweight and super strong due to its alloy metal construction. The height is perfect for getting out of them and the adjustable head pillow makes it even more comfortable. The really nice feature is the windscreen on your back keeps you cool.
I bought the sand mats that slide onto the bottom of the chair for all my beach days.
Also bought the foldable foot stool when I really want to kick up my feet. It it also doubles has a table for snacks too!
I can't wait for summer car shows and beaches with these!

I recently got this Ozzi Gear chair, and honestly… I didn’t expect to like it this much.

The main reason I bought it was because I was tired of carrying those bulky, heavy foldable chairs that just feel like extra luggage. This one is completely different ,it weighs around 1.5 kg and folds down to almost the size of a water bottle, so it’s super easy to carry anywhere.

Using it is actually so simple. I can set it up in just a few seconds, and it’s ready to relax. whether I’m on a hike, at the beach, or just sitting in the park. It’s one of those things you actually end up using because it’s so convenient.

Compared to my old chair, this is a huge upgrade. No more dragging something heavy, no awkward carrying, no wasting time setting it up. It’s lightweight, compact, and still surprisingly comfortable and sturdy.

If you’re someone who loves being outdoors but hates carrying extra weight, this just makes everything easier.

A very compact but sturdy and comfortable chair. Doesn’t take up too much room in the boot so travels everywhere with me. So convenient.

I have 4 Ozzi chairs and 2 Ozzi loungers. High quality products and they are so compact that I always have them in my car. Customer service has been fantastic. The 1 time I had a concern with one of my chairs, I received a prompt response and my concern was dealt with.

I purchased two new chairs which were quite expensive thinking I was buying a quality poduct. I opened one and proceeded to use it. I was in my shed on a flat concrete floor. Within less than 30 minutes, the chair support bracket broke, rendering the chair useless.
I contacted Peter form Ozzie. He asked me to take pictures of the damaged chair and send them in, which I did. He then stated I did not have to send in the damaged chair and he would refund me. More than two months later and still no refund. Do not buy from this company. Not only are their products inferior their customer support is non existent. Still waiting for my refund

We are enjoying our two Ozzi Gear chairs, taking them on holiday with us and when we hike and bike. We’ve also found them very handy if accommodation has uncomfortable chairs. They were a gift to one another for a special wedding anniversary and we find them super compact, strong, well made and comfortable. So much easier to fit in the car!!! Only reservation was the long time they took to arrive, nearly a month. Thankfully they got here just in time for our special holiday. We also received the mats which look strong but we haven’t yet used.
