My recent experience working with P11…

My recent experience working with P11 Group, specifically with representative Natalie Thompson, was disappointing and unprofessional. As an event organizer, I expect collaborative communication and respect for defined roles. Instead, Natalie repeatedly took a pushy and demanding approach, insisting that I complete tasks that were clearly her responsibility for her own clients.

This behavior not only created unnecessary friction but also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and preparedness. An effective representative should be able to manage their own workload, support their clients independently, and work with partners—not treat them as assistants.

If P11 Group expects to build strong industry relationships and earn respect, their representatives should take ownership of their duties and approach collaborations with professionalism, clarity, and courtesy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
